Had an enjoyable family (11 people) gathering on a sunday. We were given a table in an area that made it almost exclusive to us. Meal was excellent and service brilliant. Outside area for a warmer day looked perfect with the river running by. A little flooded on the day of our visit though. Swans didn't seem to mind!!

What a pub to go - location, relaxed vibes, river views and cold brews to finish it all off. The staff were friendly and the food didn't take long to arrive. We had the Maybush burgers on gluten free buns which were ok, but really lacked enough salad to go with them. We went on Monday afternoon so crowds weren't a problem, but Saturdays and Sundays would be packed here. Loads of parking next to the pub, but I would try to park across the road next time as it would have been way easier to get out of there. If you do park next to the pub and you're trying to leave, don't forget to get out of your car and push the pedestrian button so it triggers the traffic lights to give you the green light! Definitely worthy of a return visit to try something else on their menu.

Lovely pub garden with plenty of tables on the grass or decking by the River Thames. Great Pizza in one Shepard’s hut and entertainment in another. Friendly owners/managers. Maybush Pride was a fun weekend too with the bonus of with a wide selection of special ciders.

Four of us went to The Maybush for Sunday lunch and really enjoyed the experience. The starter of Broccoli and Stilton soup, served with fresh bread and butter was very tasty. We all had the roast dinner - 3 beef and one lamb, which was served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and a varied selection of vegetables. Everything was absolutely delicious and the beef was cooked perfectly medium rare. A couple of desserts were shared and both were lovely - apple crumble with ice cream and custard and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Definitely recommend for a visit

Highly recommend ! We had Sunday lunch here today and could not fault it. Our roasts were amazing (even though they’re having their kitchen refurbished ) ~ generous servings, perfectly cooked meat and fabulous selection of veggies. The staff were super friendly and attentive too. Smiley and engaging ( and made a fuss of our dog too ! ) We also bumped into the owner on our way out and had a lovely chat. So refreshing to have had such a warm and genuine welcome ! This pub deserves your custom xx

Really good food and large garden area with lots of outdoor seating and a pizza trailer. Long queues for outdoor food unfortunately but looked lovely indoors!

Lovely pub. Beautifully decorated, great atmosphere and amazing food. We went with a big group, no problem with everyone paying for their own order, the service was great and very friendly. The dishes everyone ordered all looked amazing and everyone loved their food. Will definitely go there again!

Now all the work has been done this is a superb pub and restaurant. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and efficient. The menu had me spoiled for choice and the food was well prepared and served and above all delicious. The flooded Thames surrounded the decking and on a beautifully sunny April day was the best place for an after lunch drink. There are two pubs within miles of each other that provide great food, drink and hospitality. Visit The Maybush and be welcomed and satisfied, stray just over the bridge and be exposed to the worst customer service imaginable and food that is bland and grey.

First time here for Sunday lunch. Setting, service and food were all excellent. Two of our quartet had the roast lamb and they both commented how good the food was. Mine was fish and chips. Fish done to perfection, chips excellent too. Well done everyone. Just a quick side note...it might be time to consider getting a new coffee machine.

Stunningly beautiful location with excellent food. Seek this place out-it’s gorgeous and unusually these days very well staffed. Thank you also for your joyous Jazz Festival in August. So creative with a lovely family atmosphere. Thank you to the lovely Maybush Team.

Visited here for the 1st time today as heard the food was lovely .. we was not disappointed, it was beautiful! My husband had pie of the day with veg and chips and I had fish and chips with mushy peas and beautiful tartar sauce. Highly recommend the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Only little niggle personal preference really , we were sat at the 2 table right in front of specials board- people constantly staring over , standing over our table while we were eating too look at board, quite off putting . Will be back ☺️

Lovely place now. Right on the Thames with indoor and outdoor seating. I had a lovely Fish goujon ciabatta. Staff went out of their way to open and heat a lovely outside cabin on a sunny but cold Feb day for me and a friend who were on bikes. Well be going back very soon.

OMG. Simply the best roast meal i have ever had anywhere. I never knew yorkshire pudding could taste this awesome. Our group had beef and pork and chicken roasts and veges. Very generous portions. Huge yorkshire pudding. Lots of vege share plates and loads of gravy. Set on the river. Swans and stocks for fun photos outside. Book ahead as it's hard to get a table

Had the pie of the day (venison, pheasant and pigeon) which was delicious would definitely recommend if it's on the menu. Veg and mash also very tasty. Partner had fish and chips which was also tasty and a good portion size. Sticky toffee pudding for desert which was lovely too. Would definitely visit again, staff were very friendly and cute dog too.
