The cleaner with the cat hat was very helpful with helping me find what I needed despite not being a staff member. Maybe you should hire him. Also he's very charming
Extremely nice lunch and especially liked the watermelon! Also thought it was thoughtful to have pyjamas and baby food as well as nice looking gifts :) If you want somewhere to sit that’s not looking out onto the ambulance bay, go into the Japanese garden around the back of the M&S.
Wonderful staff evey helpful.and caring. The league of friends restaurant was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful always smiling nothing was to much trouble. They need everyone's support as they are doing a fantastic job raising money for the hospital.
The cafe is a good place to hang out if you arrive early for an appointment or have to wait around a bit. There are good all-day-breakfast (prepacked) options and generally the cakes are nice. Lots of thr doctors come to the cafe so thats a vote of confidence!
The treatment I have received at the JR hospital was 1st class and in my opinion matches what you would receive in a private hospital, the staff were very attentive and looked after me. Many thanks Ian
Nice to have onsite, loses a star for the price of sandwiches etc. £4.25 is exorbitant for a ham and cheese sandwich.
Good selection of products. But be wary of price differences from regular stores. Recommended for quick hunger and thirst moments!
Just inside the main hospital, very handy
Excellent food - really makes the food for visitors to the JR (and staff) something special.
Great little M&S, but no energy drinks and I needed one badly.......
Not always the best section but very handy at times of need.
