Nice place upstairs of the Westgate shopping centre. Very polite and helpful. Went at lunchtime & very busy still a good selection but long waiting time. Managed to sit down though. There’s toilet available. Child and buggy friendly too.
I can’t praise the staff at Pret Westgate more highly. They were fantastic and are the sort of people I would employ. Delicious coffee too; thank you!
Just wanted to say that today was served by Dan in the Westgate premises who really was kind friendly and outstanding with going the extra mile with really amazing friendly customer service , he made the visit worthwhile

They offered free drink to my little one when I went there for an enquiry. That's world class customer service ( technically I was not even a customer on that visit)
Can't fault Prett ,,laksa soup is even better than speciality thai restaurants, sandwiches are also well made.
I always go there for my Capochino.

Like most coffee shops it is expensive, ordered two hot chocolates and two snack bars, sat and waited and waited, eventually had to go and ask for the hot chocolates, I think they had been forgotten. It was very busy so perhaps that was the issue.
