A second visit to this gem of a restaurant on the top of the Westgate. Service perfect and food was sensational. Venison cooked in a fusion of spices that melt in the mouth. Butter chicken that enveloped your senses in a warm blanket with just the right heat. The sticky toffee pudding and garam marsala ice cream a dark cloud so light and subtle and delicious, need to stop now. Just wow!!!! Well done guys we will be back, lots x
This is a gem of a place. Very welcoming on arrival. Service 100% and food was amazing, fresh with top presentation. Must visit place and will be back again.
Excellent lunch , have visited a few times now and it doesn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend it .
We stumbled across the cinnamon kitchen by accident... what a fantastic restaurant and the food was gorgeous.. we were so delighted when we found out that vivek singh was the owner.. we had seen him on Saturday kitchen a few weeks prior. Just a shame he wasn't in..

Great food and service. Best place to have true authentic Indian food. Thank you for coming to Oxford.
Gorgeous sit down and ambience and the food was so flavoursome. I couldn’t falter the service either which makes for a great meal out!
Superb attention to detail and amazing food! We enjoyed the Old Delhi Chicken and the vegetarian Tandoori Trio. Also, the black lentils were divine. Excellent customer service from Alexis.
Just happened to visit this long awaited prestigious Cinamon kitchen in Oxford. The eye catching ambience, the warm welcoming staffs, the presentation of foods, and yes, above all the taste-- just awesome. The three dals with its different aromas, the kachori with green chatni cudnt stop the spoon scooping. The aubergine, my God one shud not miss out on it, u can have a second call on for it. Desserts-- cuteee kulfi, Gulabjamuns coated with chocolate, amazing. Whenever Iam in uk, never ever miss out on Cinamon.
Hats off to the Chefs n Management.
We visited last night. The restaurant has a wonderful decor. All staff were very attentive. The food was absolutely divine. We will return again very soon.
I was looking forward to visiting Oxford so I could try the new Cinnamon Kitchen.
Having eaten at the Cinnamon Club (Westminster, London) on a number of occasions, it was going to be interesting to see how it measured up.
WOW. Just WOW!
The whole experience was excellent and the food, exquisite.
If only I didn’t live so far away....
But, I will be back!!!
My partner and I stopped here for the £12 Thai taster lunch. The food was awesome for the money, really tasty and offered an interesting selection. The location is also pretty impressive, we visited on a sunny day and enjoyed the views over Oxford from the balcony.
The decor and facilities are contemporary, airy and clean.
Initially the only thing letting it down was the service which was a little slow, however the manager was extremely attentive when we wanted to move inside because some wasps decided to join is for lunch!
He found us a new table in no time, and we appreciated that.
So finally the only real negative was paying £6 for a pint of cobra! - cant help but feel Oxford prices have tied there hands there though!

Overall very recommended place! The only thing I would mention as a constructive feedback would be the presentation of the plates I ordered. But I have to admit they were starters because I wasn't feeling so hungry. I saw dishes in other tables very good looking. That's why I can't give just 4 stars. Service was excellent. My waiter, Amir was attentive, delicate and helpful thought the dinner. He gave good recommendations and took care of me. I would go back here if I visit Oxford again!
Highly recommended if you fancy an authentic indian feast which doesn't affect the wallet too much. This restaurant is located on the terrace of Westgate shopping mall so very central in terms of location. We had lunch here today and it was an absolute delight. The food was authentic and had all tastebuds satisfied. The menu was limited even on a weekend but they do have a 3 course menu for £19 and a feast for 4 for £25 each. I'd recommend the masala chai as well which was a delight. The staff were very nice and attentive, the service charges are optional. Overall a very nice place for a meal and well worth the money you spend here.
The restaurant is located on the terrace at the Westgate shopping center. This area is set aside for restaurants and bars.
At the restaurant you can see your meal being prepared, the kitchen is part of the restaurant.
We went for lunch and ate from the fixed price menu. All the courses were delicious, delicately spiced and aromatic.
Service was friendly, we did not drink alcohol, just tap water and were not made to feel embarrassed by our choice. One slight oddity, the waiter insisted on placing the knife and fork for a left handed person.
Looking forward to visiting this restaurant again.
For disabled access to the terrace and restaurant are by lift. Others can use the faster escalators.
Cinnamon kitchen is located on top floor of Westgate mall in Oxford area near to lodon city .

A fine dining experience with great food , beautiful atmosphere, wonderful location , perfect hospitality, with both inside as well as outside terrace sitting.

We went in after lunch hours and tried there samosas n bhel puri . Both were delicious n had perfect quality n quantity along with that we had one coca cola total damages were around £ 14 that amounts to Rs 1400 approximately.
Overall great and recommended!!
Me and my wife had an amazing time at Cinnamon Kitchen on Saturday night. I had the best old deli chicken in my entire life, our waiter was very polite and knowledgeable. He had recommended to have a naan bread with chicken which is freshly baked in tandoori oven , it was a good suggestion as the meal was juicy so I could deep bread in it, it was perfect suggestion. My wife, had a tandoori trio which is a vegetarian dish, she was over the moon, as a result she dropped a fork on the floor, our lovely waiter with the matter of seconds brought us a new one. We had a very enjoyable night there.
Modern Indian restaurant, amazing food (not like other indian restaurants but still authentic with spices), relaxed and elegant atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful.
Food was an inspirational fusion of Indian/International cuisine. I loved the atmosphere as well and the service was punctual and kind. I'll be back real soon. (The reason the plates are so empty is because the sauces were THAT good.)
Amazing modern Indian food. Tastes like authentic Indian food you'd find in India with a subtle European twist.
This is a place to go to if you want a special treat. The prices are high but the flavours and effort they put into creating the dishes make it worthwhile.
The food is just outstanding! We practically licked our plates clean. The flavours are perfectly balanced and harmonious. The portion size was just right. I had heard a lot about the restaurant but never managed to eat there until now, superb food and service. Can't praise it enough, authentic Indian food equal to anything I have had in the best restaurants in India.
Nice and spicy. Excellent service. Chilly cos of Covid but safety first.
Really lovely place. My husband and I love eating here. Staff very attentive, food delicious. They have started doing brunch at weekends that sound delicious I had a sneak peek at their new lunch menu and it looks stunning. Food is constantly evolving and good quality. If you want a treat in a relaxed atmosphere then you should go to Cinnamon Kitchen Oxford, you won't be disappointed.
I visited this restaurant (for the second time) on Friday 2nd August and cannot recommend it enough. I visited originally on recommendation from a friend and i certainly have not been disappointed. We have been greeted with such a warm welcome from both the manager (Leon) and staff who are friendly and attentive . The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The cocktails are great too and very reasonably priced. With such spectacular views of Oxford from the rooftop terrace and a relaxed atmosphere this is such a great place to visit with friends especially on a warm summer's evening. I would definitely recommend a visit.
Best Indian food in town, menu just a little different from normal fare. Staff are really friendly, nothing is too much bother. Food presentation is perfect and tastes amazing. Add the position of the restaurant with those views over the city and you have all the ingredients for a perfect evening. 5*
We went last weekend with my girlfriend and immediately notice a really good and well organized restaurant. The manager Andrea gave us a lovely welcome like if we were at home, the service has been unique and the food as usual excellent. For sure we will come back and for sure we will bring fiends to enjoy an amazing lunch in the best restaurant that I've ever tried :)
We dined at Cinnamon Kitchen last Thursday with my husband and it was just lovely. We sat outside, the weather was warm and the view was amazing. We were greeted by Leon and Poppy who made our evening very enjoyable. The food was absolutely exquisite, the flavours were incredible and the whole experience was five-star from start to finish. We are looking forward to our next visit very soon!
