Eat And Go - Oxford - Photo album

Came in to collect a card after moving an account, leaving Nationwide after 18 years. The initial woman behind the counter was not particularly very welcoming but Darrell was much more amenable. Initial impressions good and I love the old picture of Cornmarket Street!
The service is by far the best of the UK high street banks I have tried so far. After visiting Lloyds, Santander, and HSBC yesterday and bad to terrible service there, I came here. University students can only get a cash account, which comes with some downsides for international students, but apart
Very good customer service. I was setting up a new account in this branch. I had to wait for around 20 minutes during which members of staff approached me and apologied for the waiting time. I was sitted in a comfortable chair so I could work during the wait. I was then invited by an employee to the

Fantastic experience opening a business account with Ezra Martin at Metro Bank Oxford today after a very bad experience with Barclays. Not many banks that you can set up and open a business account in just over 2 hours on a Saturday with cards printed in store. Ezra couldn't do enough to help and wa
Best experience I have ever had in a bank! Respectful and knowledgeable staff! Khizer sorted me out in an hour and I walked out with an account in my hands! Great stuff thanks again!
Very friendly and quickly in attending to issues both through phone calls and two branches visited in past three years.
Had really good service yesterday and today. I felt totally safe going into the bank, as the staff were well trained in handling customers during covid 19 crisis. Thank you Metro Bank,
It really depends who you have! Our guy was called Ezra - he helped us open a new bank account with ease and good humour.
I swapped from HSBC to Metro for several reasons! 1. Open 7 days per week. 2. Extended opening hours. 3. Customer service. 4. Range of accounts. 5. You can get a card printed in the store within minutes!
Customer service was great and they seemed friendly. Couldn't help with opening an account though, they shockingly use an outdated system and couldn't find my address.....
Great customer service by Lee!
Lovely staff, quick to offer assistance. Would recommend over the other banks nearby.
VERY GOOD SERVICE AND OPENED ACCOUNT EASILY............
