A lovely garden centre, wonderful plants and trees. We spent more than we intended. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cafe is excellent, we enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Lovely garden centre with a cafe and exhibition area for seasonal displays like Christmas. Even a children's play area outside.

My young family and I love Nottcutts, it's one of those places that you can easily kill a lazy sunday morning! Free parking (disabled and child parking spaces available) play park for the kids (with a pirate ship) and a decent cafe means something for everyone. Great selection of quality garden centre essentials as well as seasonal items. They also sell gift cards, have a great book stall, children's toys and pets centre. After grabbing a coffee and snack the kids love to say hello to the resident parrot (scarlett macaw?) George, who on a good day will say hello back! Seasonal events are also hosted here, such as a grotto at christmas and a classic car show in the summer - both of which are great. Disabled and baby change facilities available and the cafe has high chairs.

Had a hot fresh strong coffee as I like and a lovely fresh cheese scone. We were offered red onion chutney too. Restaurant was busy, but organised and clean with all the tables cleared and cleaned promptly. We go there often for the delicious scones .🙂

Decided to go out for lunch so came here, having had eaten here previously. I had the turkey with all the trimmings. Cooked well, maybe a little too well with the parsnips, nice flavour to all the food but one slice of turkey seems a bit tight.

Nice to see they are serving proper meals again. Home made pies etc. Not pseudo bistro stuff. My partner and I had a great lunch.

I enjoy visiting this garden centre, I usually find what I'm looking for and today was no exception, I took a friend with me and we had lunch in the restaurant, which was much better before covid but still ok. I no longer subscribe to the privilege card as the restaurant no longer does offers on it, this is a real shame,as we visited more often when we could get lunch at a reduced rate. I understand there are exciting developments coming in the near future and look forward to visiting again soon.

Stopped off for lunch taking parents to Bournemouth for the week. And the same coming home on Friday. Good choice of food and well priced. Staff were excellent, great to be able to have a laugh with the nice lady (sorry did not see your name) at the till and Owen was very thorough and needs a special mention. Only issue we had was the lady who stocked up the flower shelves at the side of the cafe, did not clean up after her, there was water and soil/compost on the narrow walkway towards the toilets, we had to stand and tell people about the hazard until we made the cafe staff aware, who then put a sign and then cleaned up, why the person did not do it is a mystery, she needs retraining. Apart from that we enjoyed the visit. Plenty of well priced plants but as we did not have room in the car to buy, we did not pay too much attention to them. Not many disabled car park slots and due to the position it was an effort for my parents to walk up the incline and then all the way through the centre to get to the cafe.
