It was as expected. Good food from a familiar menu choice.
I would still prefer to place my order with a friendly member of staff than a QR code from my table which I'm happy to say there was still the option to do.
Everything was cooked and served really well.

Went to Nandos with my son, we were greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcome. The service was really good. The food was delivered in a timely manner and the waiter was very polite.

Food was nice, but as we went up and ordered took a long time for a server to come and help us, and not very busy.
Got my friends, with allergies wrong, even after saying she couldn't have the mayo but quickly made her a new meal with fresh sides. Sal helped her and was very lovely
Sal makes this Nando’s better than any other. He is wonderful. The food is fantastic. The ambiance is exquisite. I refuse to go to any other Nando’s after such an incredible experience.
Our visit was lovely we order our food and my friends one came out wrong and this lovely worker Sal sorted it out and changed her food and came back with a completely changed meal and gave extra sides. He was very lovely when speaking to us and very friendly.
We had a nice experience here compared to their other branch that's close to Worcester car park. The customer service at this branch is commendable. The rooftop view of Oxford is spectacular.
It's Nando's, right, so you know what you're going to get, but the standard here is always good and the service at this branch has never let us down.
If you like it proper hot, go for the Vusa sauce, which is hotter than the hot sauce! Loving it... 😁🔥

This restaurant feels understaffed. When the food was brought to the table, it’s not hot anymore. And it’s a long wait. However delicious the chicken still is (since the process is standardised anyway), I still think more can be done in terms of the service.
Great service and the food was amazing!!! Recently had a bad experience at Nandos in Didcot but these guys in Oxford did a fantastic job and the food was exactly how it is supposed to be!!!!
