Always love the Oxford Garden Centre! Great selection of plans and garden related bits and bobs! Got ourselves a bird feeding station this time round and hoping to see what feathered visitors we get!
Very happy with our purchase, it was nice to find the products local and at a lower price than the leading online retailer with fast next day delivery. Let's hope the birds find us soon.
Can't rate this little garden centre highly enough. I am a non driver living in bicester. I also have an anxiety disorder. It is really hard for me to get out and get things. I only ordered 2 bags of soil and 2 little pots of rooting powder. The garden centre staff drove it all the way to my flat for free, and Bicester is some distance from Oxford. I couldnt believe they didn't even charge. On top of that I live on the 4th floor of a block of flats and the lovely friendly young lad who delivered knocked right on my door having carried the two massive bags of soil up 3 flights of stairs. They delivered within 2 days of ordering as well. Much better than some huge companies. Absolutely remarkable. Will use from now on. Thank you so much Oxford Garden Centre I couldnt have got these items myself on foot and I don't have money for taxis. Xxxx
Enjoyed both cafe and plants and came home with what I was looking for. We also made use of the aquatics place for buying fish and pond plants.
First time here today and I came away delighted! The staff were so helpful and kind. My 3 year old was running me ragged and wasn’t in the mood to be at a garden centre (!) and they helped watch him, whilst I could get advice or browse. I will def go back. Very happy with my plant purchases too! Highly recommend.
A warm welcome from all staff as we walked around. The quality of the plants and product displays clearly show the staff have the knowledge. I totally recommend a visit.
Not many plants for sale during our visit. Small Christmas-themed area. Cafe had stopped selling hot food about 3pm. Not many customers. We enjoyed it there.
I ordered 2 half barrel tubs in the morning and they had been delivered by 2.30pm that afternoon! The delivery men were really helpful and took them right down the garden to where I wanted them. Excellent service

Lovely garden centre with a fantastic aquatic center. My little one and I loved seeing all the fish, the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and the coffee was perfectly passable.
Just had a visit with my work colleague to the Oxford garden centre. We travel around a lot in our trade and have come quite critical of Coffee experiences. our experience was 5*, with exceptional coffee and devine salted caramel chocolate brownies. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend to anyone and we shall be returning again soon on our travels. JoJo (The guy with the perm)
We have soil, manure, massive gorgeous pots, fencing, a fire pit, kindling, firelighters, smokeless fuel and logs delivered on a regular basis - plus our Christmas tree! They deliver in a speedy fashion and their products are *always* great value . . . BUT most important of all - Oxford Garden Centre have the BEST customer service. Anyone we have ever dealt with-- from the delivery team to the people on the end of an email have been lovely. We think they're fantastic!
Stopped here on the way home from holiday with 3 small children. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even let us eat our picnic on the outside cafe tables. The (large piece of) chocolate brownie from the cafe was excellent and only £2. I was very impressed and it made a huge difference to our day.
Great online store with free delivery in Oxfordshire- pots and compost arrived the next day, v high quality and good value. Fantastic customer service when i decided to exchange a product. Will def shop here again!
