Lovely space with nice views of Oxford! The coffee was lovely but having some keep cup discounts will be nicer. The sandwiches were able to be warmed up which was a nice touch but not many vegetarian options so having some savoury baked goods with some salad can be really nice. If it is possible to also have filter coffee options will be even nicer. As we came it was around the morning of a week day and as we came for a catch up so many people came in and opened their computers and started to work. I think having some section for working guests could be nice but having some for customers who want to talk can be nice so that we didn’t felt like we were disturbing the others.

Loved the atmosphere of this place. Try to have a seat at the counters by the Windows. Enjoy a nice scene of oxford Center while having a cup of coffee or reading a book.

Store was busy (Christmas rush I guess), but still some tables free. We just stayed for a quick coffee which was very good if not the cheapest. Perfect to sneak a look at your new book!

The coffee is really nice here. The atmosphere is lovely being surrounded by books. The staff were trying their best with how many people there were on a weekend so close to Christmas, so there was a bit of mess here and there that they didn't get to very quickly, but it was still a lovely visit :) they had multiple vegan milk options

I have to tell you this café W has some of the most best views of Oxford. Located inside the Waterstone bookshop, it is a wonderful place to relax with a book and a cup of hot coffee after a stroll, shopping spree, a trip to the museum. This cafe is so centrally located that literally anything you need is only 10 mins away from here. Rest of the Oxford is easily accessible from here via the bus stops at Magdalen Street and Geogre street. The railway station is also a 10 mins walk away. Other attractions nearby: Ashmolean museum, Bodelain Library, Carfax Tower, The Covered Market, and the list goes on.

Lovely hot chocolate, and also 'caramel shortcake'. Had the hot chocolate twice.

I visited on a bank holiday Monday during what I suspect was a lunch break for one of the servers. The one who remained at the till was outwardly calm, however, and friendly and kind. Once her colleague returned, cups were cleared from tables, and all was right with the world again. They have refurbished and made more seating spaces, although this does mean done loss of the view to table sitters, although the bar sitters at the windows have a clear vista! The gentle colour tone of the place, the wonderful lack of muzak and simple foods and tasty teas provide a studious and soothing environ. I often come here to have space to breathe, and it rarely disappoints.

Great cup of coffee, relaxed surroundings, pleasant staff, lovely atmosphere. Reasonable prices too compared to other outlets. I would recommend this place.

It's ok for a quick coffee break. Comfortable chairs. Very little social distancing. Be aware that it's on the top floor but there is a lift available.

Cute bookshop with cafe. The ambiance is so nice both for people working with laptops, for people chatting or reading their books. They have various types of cakes and they are delicious. Cold brew coffee is great for hot days!

Very nice cofe place on the second floor of the library. The only disadvantage is that students go there to study without ordering which I think is a bit unfair for the one that they wanted to order but wasn't any table available.
