The burgers were delicious, the fries were too, I reccommend the Sweet Potato Ones and the sauces were very good too. The food was perfectly hot, so no waiting after it's all ready and while you wait for it to be ready, you get access to a shelf of sauces to choose from and even combine, but about half of them are spicy so keep that in mind. The atmosphere was ok, considering in was more of a mini food hall, in the mall (there was a lot of empty space for chairs and stuff, so usually you should have free tables when going to eat there)

Cons: Burger a little pink, however as I asked for a classic and as it comes... A little pink ( barely noticeable really, however I noticed as my father is a chef).. moreover this is how it comes as a classic... Therefore the "con" actually isn't really a con.. NOTE: Always inform staff of "HOW" you would like your burger (s)..
Now the Pros:
Burger itself: 5/5.. Full and meaty literally no real fat. And very filling.
Cooking method: George Foreman type industrial Grill
Fries: 5/5. Nice Crisp, no fat . Perfect amount of seasoning etc
Presentation: NO it's not just an ordinary Burger Joint... Fresh lettuce and tomato.. not just shoved together and dripping oil etc like some.. properly made. Presentation doesn't cost anything... It will make people come back. .
Atmosphere: 4/5 However, personal Choice I would have liked it a bit quieter... However as contextually is a burger joint within a massive Street Food arena style court with other establishments vying for your business.. location can't be helped..as they as any business wants is profitablity.
Staff: one word - Awesome
Price: went in on A Tuesday bargain day of Classic Burger, Chips and Drink for £9.90, instead of £13.90
Price- quality does come at a price.. well worth the money. I'm full up

My steak burger was very good and they even gave a few chips as my wife had ordered some and I hadn’t (I was just planning on having a few of the wife’s) so that saved her sharing so she was very happy.

It was our first time here and they took the time to make us feel welcome and explain us the menu and offers.
Food was amazing and while the foods getting ready you can get your own sauces and also bits like jalapeños, fried onions and more.

Bit of a shame I only noticed it'd be cheaper if I'd had the "deal" rather than buying all the bits separately and the server didn't think to tell me about it but oh well. Would definitely go back but pay more attention to deals!

I had the standard burger, no cheese, no sauce. Not a cheap burger, but the beef patty was juicy and tasty. Fries was normal, similar to Macdonald's fries. Came as a combo with drink at 12 pounds.
Tommis Burger Joint Provides Good food with amazing customer service and a great atmosphere , the music is a vibe. I regularly eat here on my lunch break and I’m always satisfied with my experience. The manager Jason is very friendly and takes pride in looking after his colleagues and customers. 5 stars from me.
Good burgers, including vegetarian and specials, with a great selection of sauces. Staff are friendly and service is quick. They have a few beers on tap and simple, but functional, furnishings. A welcome stop while shopping and it was unrushed and relaxing.
Felt hungry whilst shopping and ordered on their mobile site, burger was ready in 10 mins.
Good sized portion of fries and great selection of free sauces and although tasty, the burger felt a little small for the price
it's the burgers that truly steal the show at this establishment. Each patty is made from the finest cuts of beef, hand-formed and grilled to perfection. The toppings are carefully curated and thoughtfully arranged, from the tangy pickles to the crisp lettuce and ripe tomato slices. Best burger ever had so far !!

This place is amazing! They are honestly the best fries I have ever had in my life! Their customer service is outstanding; they went out of their way to go and get me a pot of cheese for my fries from the burrito place. Honestly AMAZING!
