Wonderful full English breakfast with coffee and pastries. The staff was very friendly. The space is lovely. Perfect place for a solo cup of coffee, a date, or a family meal. I really enjoyed it here.

If the Marco Pierre Restaurant has closed, this is an outdated review. I have not been to this 'Keepers'.
It was my partner and I's 3 year anniversary, and as a last minute (ugh I know) booking, we decided to give this restaurant a go as its one of the last places we haven't been in Oxford.
What a great decision that was! I had put a request on the booking saying it was our anniversary and to place us as far away from kids (not a children person) and they put us in a gorgeous little corner of the room and put little candles and felt hearts on the table, absolutely lovely.
Our waitress was Vera was was so nice and wonderful to us. She was lovely and professional and chatty, but not too much to be over the top. The menu inside was slightly different to the one online but there was no hassle in getting the food that I had wanted.
Our food was outstanding and even for a Friday the wait times were quick and not at all awkward. What's even better is that there was a 20% discount that we didn't know about AND we had a dessert for free. Honestly you can't go wrong when someone goes above and beyond to help make memories. We'll always remember this restaurant and will endeavour to go to more branches in Oxford and beyond!
Good location with good ambiance, friendly staff and good foods you can eat. Also perfect romantic place for dating :)

Excellent food and drinks experience late on a Sunday evening.
We turned up at 8.45pm just before the kitchen closed but nothing was too much trouble for the happy and friendly staff.
We had some nice cocktails and other drinks. The food menu is broad and quite eclectic which we liked. For example my wife had Pork loin with green vegetables and I had a nice and very fresh fatoush salad with hot smoked salmon.
Great bartenders, very fun. We really enjoyed our cocktails here.
Excellent place! Peaceful, beautiful and spacious with quality food. The staff is well mannered too. I am a tough person to be convinced by a commercial place; this is now one of my favourites in Oxford.

We entered the bar, sat at the table and only than checked reviews... But interior was nice, waiter was welcoming and menu matched our expectation, so we decided to stay. Finally we did not regret. Waiter was very friendly and helped us to choose drinks and meal, all was tasty and we really enjoyed of our lunch.
We are surprised at some of the comments as our experience was a good one. We have dined in many much more expensive restaruants and believe you usually get what you pay for. Lunchtime today saw us walking past Marco's so we thought we would eat here. Our experience was a good one, the food was excellent and they have a great selection of wines, the merlot was lovely as was the house champagne. Service was also great, staff friendly and helpful, great burger, full of flavour, perfectly seasoned, price as expected both for quality of food and on par with local restaurants. The place is well laid out and decorated to reflect the man himself, I didn't mind the few pictures they have on the walls after all it is his restaurant, If I was that famous and looked that good I would have my picture up there too :)
