My partner and I have frequented this restaurant over the past 4 years and love the place.
Always a great selection of food which is wonderfully cooked and presented. We have had breakfast, al la carte and the set menus here and recommend all of them!
Good and reasonably priced wine list but the best part for us is the staff. They are super accommodating even at busy periods and always make you feel welcome - Wish I could give 10 stars.
Tried to get in for Valentine's but they were fully booked. Opted to go the following night as the food looked fantastic. We weren't disappointed. Both had soup for starters and hubby had roast sea bass and I opted for the duck breast both of which were delicious. Cheese and chocolate mousse finished the meal off washed down with bottle of pinot grigio. Can't fault the service even though it was busy with pre theatre diners. Would definitely revisit on next trip to Oxford.
Enjoyed a delicious meal with great service at good prices. Never rushed in Cote however busy they are, always given time to enjoy your dining experience.
Portions a bit small, enough to fill you but compared to other restaurants can feel like something is missing.

Been to a few Côtes around the country. Good as usual. The quality is consistent and the service is as good as well.
The place here is a bit crammed, I'd say, compared to other ones around the UK.
Great experience. One of the best spots in Oxford. The meat is cooked perfectly, the pork is sublime. Do not miss desert.

Absolutely amazing. Great food. Amazing service. No fuss. No issues. Compared to our local London branch (Hampstead) there is no comparison. Well done Cote Oxford you were great.
We, a group of 7, sit down for an early dinner. It’s a busy night but the service is still great. Though 2 out of 4 starter and 1 out of 3 main are out when the time we ordered, the others are still good and delicious. The dessert gives us a happy round up for the night.
We had a delightful time here, we popped in for some coke and a tomato tart with fries. Staff were very friendly and polite. My only gripe is not being able to pay in cash and not being told in advance that the truffle chips attracted an additional charge. Transparency is key.
I have always found the Cote chain reliable as regards food and service and this is no exception. Pleasant staff bought us well prepared choices from a familiar menu (but it does change seasonally). Everything was cooked as it should be. The view across the road is less than inspiring, but the interior is laid out attractively. If you know Cote this is not about an exciting culinary discovery, but a very 'safe pair of hands'.

Had lunch here. The manager was very welcoming, and we could choose our table. My friend had the burger, while I had the mushroom quiche. We both enjoyed it very much. Our visit was on a Saturday, but during the week there is a fixed price lunch option. Would recommend.
From start to finish our visit was perfect. Really cannot fault the restaurant, service or food. Highly recommend the steak tartare!!

Really like Cote food is generally very good and caters to my friend who wants a gluten-free choice.
Good house wine if a little pricey. I would recommend sitting in the end room if possible. Last but best is a great and friendly service.
They squeezed us in at short notice. Their website had no spaces available, but other apps did. The food was lovely, and was served quickly despite a very busy evening. Staff were all attentive and easy to attract - a big plus that they were always looking to help. I did not think that adding service charge to the bill automatically was good (no option when presenting card). Similarly, no carbs with some meals without obvious attention drawn by waiters meant that you pay more than you think. It reeks of exploitation of the customer. Good food but poor ethos.
