Friendly & proficient staff, clean environment and many dairy alternatives (rice coconut, oat & soya). Despite many students coming during lecture breaks, the staff always serves in patience, and it takes only few minutes to get the coffee.
All of the staff are so friendly here, and make a good cup of coffee! It can get really busy at times, but they never show you how stressful it must be. I've got the coffee subscription which makes it amazing value for money too
I find Pret a bit pricey but the staff are welcoming and have a lot of people to serve because it is on the University campus. The food and drinks are lovely for the price. It does get quite busy during term time.
Friendly staff, nice food. Better value with the subscription. Less happy about the reduced opening hours (now it is closed on Saturdays), but there are good alternatives nearby.
On god these staff treat u like that one person you'd have in ur class that everyone found annoying. These lot serve u with the deadest energy known to man. Even McDonalds employees are happier
Great service! Manager let me have one of their Love Bars to try free of charge, just because I'm a semi-regular customer. Always cheerful, courteous and professional 👍

Friendly staff, quick service, lots of options available. No complaints (just wish they offered the subscription with the first month free so I could try it rather than paying half the price for the first month).
Coffee club, 5 drinks a day, takes less than a minute to get your coffee from order, sorry Costa better than you. Fresh delicious food made on site, sorry Costa better value, speed and service than you.

Handy location to stop by for a coffee but tables don’t seem to get cleared or cleaned much. Good size inside though with lots of seating. What a shame it was closed though for a whole week around Christmas.
