It was very quiet but it was a Sunday evening/night. This was good as I could have a chat with my friend without loud noise from elsewhere making talking and hearing one another hard. But it also meant that the pub had no real atmosphere.

Although we've been living in Overton since March 2019 yesterday was the first time we went to the Greyhound. We had dinner, and it was exquisite. Flavoursome English pea & sparragus creamy risotto with parmesan. I enjoyed and tasted all ingredients. My husband had fish & chips. He loved everything
Sunday roast, yummy! Home cooked like your Grandma would make it… really tasty. Highly recommend, and good value for money. The Greyhound has become my new favourite in Overton over the last few months! 😀

Popped in for a quick drink with the kids when passing. Great childrens play area, nice and secure. Staff and locals were lovely. Very reasonable prices, will definitely be stopping again soon. Thank you!
Amazing takeaway/delivery food. We had 4 meals delivered and we all commented how good it was. Even my 4yr and 9 yr olds said how good it was and they are the ones who normally moan. Cant recommend highly enough. Also delivery was really quick so give it a go.

Friendly local pub with nice food and a friendly welcome. Also a good selection of beers. We had our Christmas meal there last night and we all had a really good night with lovely food. The pub is as good as ever and still warm and friendly.
