Really enjoyed our visit , Jeanette made us really welcome. Our cream teas tasted fantastic , lots of friendly chat and useful information about things to see and do on the Island. A must visit when visiting Barra.
As well as being a post office, this is also a lovely cafe. They do excellent coffee and other drinks and cakes and scones. The scones are especially good, served with cream and jam. No savoury dishes or sandwiches. There are five or six tables inside and four bench tables outside where you can enjo

Lovely spot for an ice cream. It would have been a full cone but it was so hot I had to eat it.

Another 5 stars. Open on a cold February day when other places were not, dog friendly when other places were not. And the second best scones (my other half makes better) which are baked daily even if in February it's likely we were the only tourists in "town".
Oh my word, the scones and cakes are absolutely superb, and all served with a joke and a laugh. Fantastic find on the first day of our holiday today - we will definitely be back!
