The Ship Inn Restaurant - Oundle - Photo album

The food is great, the pub is full of atmosphere and it's genuinely interesting to wander the place and check out the maritime pictures and the wonderful Cutty Sark model. They pull a good pint, too. Recommended.
Didn't have any food just stopped for a drink. What a lovely place. We will be going back and booking a nights stay
Lovely, cosy pub with open fire. Food is always well presented and tasty and good value.
Lively, lots of real ale on tap. Good vibe with an varied crowd. Beer was excellently kept! People were all super friendly.
Visited Oundle with a friend for a bite to eat at Lunch and decided on the Ship Inn as neither of us had visited before. I opted for the (Vegan) Chilli Con Carne (but with non-vegan cheese) with Nacho's and they were happy to accommodate and my friend ordered a steal and ale pie from the specials b
Great little pub. Gets very busy but only adds to the atmosphere. Lots of beers on tap
Nice, quaint English pub in a historic town. Lovely pint of beer as well. 👍🏿
Big car park but quite full on a Wednesday Lovely food and outside tables good choice menu
Just moved to the town , good atmosphere, great seating area outside , well worth a visit ...
Convivial local village pub.. easy atmosphere and community spirited.. visiting from NZ and glad to order my first English pub drink from here in 4 years!
Excellent all round traditional pub. Staff always very welcoming, beer is kept well and the food is of a high quality and very good value for money. We seem to becoming regulars there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great evening out
Lovely old building, disappointing beer range. Didn't eat there but food looked good
Stayed here 5th August, the staff we’re very friendly and our room was spotless.. everything we needed was in the room … excellent value for money
Excellent quiche and the new potatoes were buttery and delicious. We split the chocolate brownie (which was magical) and had the mixed berry crumble as well. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the price was very reasonable.
The food was exceptionally good. I was very impressed by the quality.
Very traditional old Inn, with a friendly welcome at the bar. We only intended to go for a quick drink on a Sunday afternoon, but decided to have the roast dinner.... THE BEST ROAST SUNDAY LUNCH I've ever had out... So tasty, quality ingredients, well cooked and amazing value. Will definitely retur
Absolutely delicious beef stroganoff. I had it with their triple-cooked skin-on chips which were equally distinctively excellent. With its great old-fashioned atmosphere, good choice of beers and such good staff this is an excellent place to eat and drink.
Was informed that they had stopped serving food when we arrived. However the lovely lady here offered to cook us some chips and they were amazing. Sat next to the fire and was lovely. Great place, lovely staff
