Excellent! Really cool. Great selection of freshly baked food. I had a strawberry Danish and it was ace. Also, took a 'risk' with a takeout coffee and it was really good too. They had oat milk. Friendly service and a great selection of other bakes that I really want to try.
I’m a trucker & pass regularly and I always see how nice it looks and the queues out the door speak volumes to me but it’s tricky trying to park a truck in Otley.
However, I was passing on Sunday, the main road was quiet (it was around 7am) so pulled up outside the shop only to find it closed. I went in and was lucky enough to get served, even though they don’t open till 8.
I was so grateful & the rye sourdough loaf was amazing!
Hopefully I’ll be able to call in ‘early’ again very soon 🤞
Absolutely incredible bakery run by the nicest people! The quality of the sourdough I have not seen matched anywhere. The pastries and sweet treats are amazing and I love the way the menu is constantly changing so you can try new things all the time. The sandwiches, salads and coffees are really good too! The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to help you. They closed for an event and still took an order for a family birthday for us to pick up in the morning which was really appreciated when they were so busy!
Great start, looks amazing! Called in for a coffee and cruffin delight, both good. Will be partaking of the sourdough next week. 😊 Friendly staff, nice welcome. Good on price too. Otley needs this place.
Left it late in the day to get bread - didn't realise how fantastic this place is! Wanting a rustic brown or granary type loaf, there was only one white left - so the Owner gave it to us, foc! Also bought two of the most amazing flapjacks I've ever tasted.
Awesome, friendly service and products to die for! We will be back.
My new favourite bakery in the Wharfedale area! Croissants are fantastic and the coffee is super smooth and delicious! Get there before 11 to be sure there is stock left of the best stuff.

Love underground bakery! This is properly made baked goods so don't expect anything soggy or mass produced. Buttery crispy layers, crunchy tasty loaves and friendly service.
Great croissants and lovely staff, shout out to the friendly man who served me and my mum today and gave us a free cookie sandwhich, it was delicious!

Banging food! And great friendly service. We arrived one day just after they closed the man cleaning up inside saw the disappointment on our face (our own fault) opened back up for us. Absolute faultless service 👏

Artisan bakery with good sourdough breads, chunky sandwiches and great Pastries and sweet treats. You might think they're a bit big but they don't see that as a problem! 😀
Wow,wow,wow, these guys know how to bake! Seriously the best sourdough bread I’ve ever tasted. Went in for one bread and came out with three! Baguette is perfect and can’t wait to try the other two 😋oh,and the cookie and croissant that just happened to come home with me too 😂 Need a return visit to try their coffee after reading the other reviews.
Came here today very friendly staff. Me, my partner and her sister all got different things. They have such as variety of treats with buns and croissants. The prices are reasonable at £2.50-£3.50 for items that will leave you full or have for two sittings. Im not going to list what you can get as you should make a visit, fresher and more creative then mainstream bakeries.
When you go in here you have to stand there and take in the beauty of Bakery heaven. When you leave you have to fight with yourself to either go find somewhere to sit to eat your pastry or give in to temptation and munch away. Would defo come back.

I bought a couple of items on a Sunday.
The brownie was lovely but I felt slight disappointment in the bun as it was not as fresh as expected. Maybe they do not actually bake on a Sunday morning? (who would blame them) and some items keep better than others.
All the items on display did look lovely though and it won't put me off trying something else.
What an amazing place,you have to try their sweets…and the espresso…oh thats is a proper espresso,you can’t find such a quality around here,one of the best I’ve tried!Apparently their espresso guy was properly trained in Italy!Well done guys,well deserved 5*!
