Lovely. Clean and friendly, food is nicely prepared but nothing dazzling. Standard cafe style, sandwiches-soup-a roast dinner choice, few cakes and buns but in fairness it was midweek when I went so don't know if the choice is different at weekends. The atmosphere was OK but not many people about anyway. Tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as they were vacated.
Bright, cheerful place that follows up with with excellent catering. Tasty food with a very choice from snack to full meals. No rush, comfortable seating, a lively place for a meeting of friends, family outing or just a personal indulgent. Great staff.

Can't comment on food, just had coffee. Service ok. Pleasant surroundings, big and airy , newly decorated. Good for buggies and wheelchairs.

Brilliant place! Gorgeous food and served just as requested. I had quite a picky request for a breakfast sandwich not listed, and they made it without any issues and served with a smile. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming again :)
Now the extension and deco have been completed nice before brilliant now food good and not too bad priced
The whole garden centre is being refurbished but Hatties remains open. There is a new, extensive menu which is very good. Staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend
