Excellent Costa with excellent manager (Karl). Drinks are brought to your table which is normally unheard of in Costa. Karl goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful and is very respectful to all. Costa are lucky to have him and hope they know this.
Always have fantastic service here, Karl in particular is very attentive and helpful. Fab at recommending drinks, bringing your drinks over and generally helpful happy staff.
My son is autistic and they are amazing with him.

Wish this Costa was nearer to home. Wife and I can only visit when she has a physio appt in Otley every few weeks. Karl and team are exceptional in their trade. Here, you're not a customer, you are a 'guest' and treated accordingly. A lot of places could learn a lot from them! We've been to the ones at Monks Cross, St James Retail Park in Knaresborough, Merrion Centre in Leeds which are good but Harrogate a bit dire where the staff prefer to talk to each other rather than the customers. Looking forward to our next visit.
Staff here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Particularly want to thank Evan, who really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

This can be a very busy Costa but the staff handle it very well, they will bring the order to your table whenever possible, always a smile and a joke.

Been in many costa's over the years but his one is exceptional. I'm only visiting the area and the staff are so pleasant, often serving the elderly with mobility issues and then sitting them down and taking drinks to them once made. Really really welcoming place. This place is a credit to the brand
