Shop here frequently. Love their range of meat, fruit and beg. They do excellent ‘ready’ meals that are more like home cooked meals. Only thing is that navigating is a little difficult. Not always easy to find things. Overall, very happy.
Always visit a Waitrose when I can. Like this store - clean, wide aisles and well stocked. Quails eggs anyone!

Always a great selection of quality food. They have a really nice flower stall set up in the entrance. The staff are ever so friendly and show you to what your looking for, nothing seems to much trouble for them. Great shop, will be going again

I bought an uncut organic loaf - great!
I put it in a brown bag provided.
PROBLEM -The brown bag smelt of recycled paper and destroyed the smell of baked bread - not so great!😑

Busy little store. Just popped in for milk and eggs. Seemed to have plenty of stock and car park not too busy late afternoon on Tuesday.
Upmarket supermarket. Great bread, good helpful staff. Update March 2023 - still going well, high quality products and still very pleasant staff. Updated August 2023 - chose what you buy carefully and use the Waitrose App - plenty of decent offers each week.
A great range of product, including popular and good quality international items, not available elsewhere easily. The quality and shelf-life of soft fruit is consistently above that of competitors. There are some good offers to be had, but prices for branded items are, understandably and expectedly
Friendly staff, well presented store and agreat selection compared to other supermarkets of a similar size. The wine section is especially good, as are the deli counters. Click and collect from John Lewis is also available here.

Excellent service and excellent quality of food.
Seriously very nice indeed and some great banter with staff when I attempted to get a basket (without my glasses on) then when I nearly (accidentally!) destroyed the carrot section. So nice to be able to buy Japanese sake here!! Good experience!!
Upmarket supermarket, with a cafe and toilets
It is a bit more expensive than other supermarkets, but it has a bigger selection of goods, has a great cheese counter and a cafe.
