This is a beer enthusiast pub.
Lots of choices.
Great atmosphere, very busy .
We didn't eat.
Traditional feel but with a bar atmosphere.
Will come back to sample more .
Mens toilet is upstairs and so is additional seating, there is a disabled toilet downstairs.
This was our first pub of the day and it didn't disappoint. 18th century pub kept up well. Lots of beer choices. I had a Tinderbox West Coast IPA 6.3% from Fell Brewery out of Cumbria. The staff was very nice and the toilets were clean.
Visited here for the first time on Tuesday 29th August 2023. Lovely pint and great service.
I could hear music from upstairs so followed my ears to the upstairs room. There were about 7/8 folk musicians jamming and they were kind enough to let me sit and listen. It was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They are there every Tuesday.
I'll be back!!
One of the best pubs in Otley. A great selection of beers and whiskies. Lovely old building, will look even better during the Christmas holidays! Touch history and drink well.
Fantastic pub really draditional. Bar staff lovely. Great pint of Timothy Taylor. Plus I fancy the lady with the tattoo on the back of her neck.
Proper ale drinkers pub. The barman recommended a stout from Wishbone brewery, a very good pint
Lovely pub. Flagstone floor, exposed brick walls, good selection of beer. Cosy.
Lovely traditional pub, staff very welcoming and friendly and a good selection of 'proper' beers available. I salute you!
Fantastic pub with a great selection of ales that are alwayswell kept. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Lovely pub. Good choice of real ale, we'll kept and reasonably well chosen. Friendly staff. Nice interior, nice seats, nice upstairs room. Clean toilets. Serves good though we didn't try any. What more can you ask from a pub?
