Went for coffee and cake today and absolutely loved this place. Fabulous coffee, delicious cakes, lovely friendly staff, so relaxing and it’s dog friendly. The decor is amazing and I spent some time looking round at all the little bits and pieces. An Old record player playing in the corner. If you are in Otley then a visit here should definitely be on your list.
A hidden gem - we can't wait to come back! We had a gorgeous Father's Day brunch here: the food and drink were delicious, the decor quirky and interesting, and Emma, who served us, was such a lovely host. We felt so welcome, even with two young kids in tow, and can't wait to come back - the lunch menu looks gorgeous so I think we'll pair up a visit for lunch with a nice walk on the chevin next time.
My new favourite coffee shop! I only wish I lived closer, but it’s well worth the drive! Beautiful decor and lovely staff. Also baby/child friendly too with high chairs and a great changing area. I can’t wait to return!
Only had coffee but the cakes looked to die for. The food brought out was presented beautifully. The staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of smiles. Plenty of seating upstairs in a tasteful environment.
We come here for coffee breaks every time where in otley. Always try to resist those lovely looking cakes but always fail! Would say does the best coffee in otley possibly even Leeds!
Friendly staff. Proper chicken sandwich, fantastic shortbread and piping hot tea.
Not much space to park a bike or 3 but we managed and were provided with a substantial lock and cable to secure the bikes.
First visit today. Lovely food but the staff made our visit even better, they were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait for my next visit.
Stopped on here on the way to the airport, what a fantastic start to our holidays. Even though very busy the service was speedy and really friendly. Gorgeous food, drinks and cakes. Will definitely be back! Could you add a couple of child friendly dishes or maybe just a couple more toasties? Just a thought but won't stop me from returning. Fabulous decor, chic vibes and good music. My favourite new discovery.
I've been wanting to try out this place since it opened and wasn't disappointed! Gorgeous coffee and food I will be coming back :) the sandwich I had was so big it wouldn't fit in my mouth and that's difficult! Can't wait to bring friends down!
A Fantastic Cafe. Great staff and great grub. Love the old copies of cycling weekly and the gramophone upstairs playing old vinyl but cyclist, please take your cycling shoes off before you walk around on their lovely wooden floors. Wouldn't want to scratch that beautiful wood.
Quirky place inside, looks great . Friendly owner, dog friendly. Didn't feel like anything sweet so didn't eat. I will next time as all the cakes looked tasty.

Beautiful, clean and unique. Nice, relaxed atmosphere, no rushing you along. Books and magazines to read and games to play. Delicious cake and coffee. Will definitely visit again.
Always a wonderful place to visit with children - my daughter loves the chocolate drops that come with the babyccino and the huge slices of cake! The recent posts don't match my experience at all, have been in with my baby son (and my daughter from when she was tiny) and never been made to feel anything other than welcome. Nice wide staircase is easy to navigate with small children as well. Love the quirky interesting decor, fantastic coffee, an absolute must visit if you're in Otley.
The staff are really welcoming and friendly. They also fuss over my dog and have crumpets so it’s a lovely place for me t pop in for a cozy coffee. Definitely recommend!

There are plenty of cafés in Otley, but this is definitely the best I've been to.
It's not in the centre, but definitely worth a visit for the great staff & fab choice of drinks & cakes.
A great atmosphere, cosy decor and wood burning stove in winter. Small menu but delicious food. Baby changing facilities a bonus!
Looks like a little coffee shop from the outside, but once inside it’s like stepping into the Tarids. Seating down and upstairs. Nice décor and nice jazz music. Nice staff and nice coffee and cakes.
Best coffee in Yorkshire. Cool vibes. They’ve always got time to high five my 2 yr old Max n banter with him, and my baby is always welcome too. Awesome place, the vegan tiffin/brownie is fit, don’t know how they get it to taste so good!
Lovely retro coffee shop. Looks great at Christmas. They can take a while to serve your coffee at your table and several times my coffee has been luke warm by the time it arrives so hence not giving them 5 stars.
