Great customer service from the gentleman out front who was very accommodating to me who is a fussy vegan! On holiday from Australia so to be looked after so well made our day.
The food was great too and very well priced.

Called unplanned whilst my car had its MOT. Thought we would try local rather than Costa and so pleased we did.
Myself and my two boys were warmly greeted and amazingly looked after.
I had (as on a strict diet) what can only be described as the tastiest black coffee ever - I haven't been able to stomach black coffee with no sugar previously but this was delicious.
My eldest enquired if he could have a ham sandwich- no trouble at 8.30am. It was thick cut ham on doorstep bread and my son wolfed it down alongside a yummy all the works hot chocolate.
My youngest picked toast and his eyes nearly popped out at the huge doorstep slices of fresh toast served with a wonderful array of jams, spreads and butter.
We had a lovely time and felt very comfortable and very welcome.
The staff were so friendly and great with the boys. I thank you also for your care with the at predicament and offer of another coffee.
We will be back soon and very regularly.

Very welcoming when I visited yesterday, had a lovely Wensleydale and red onion sandwich served with a salad garnish and finished with a naughty but very yummy mars bar square. Would certainly recommend.

We love Cranberries. It's very friendly atmosphere and my absolute favourite is the Cherry Whimwham ice cream and a cafe latte. It is our regular treat xx
It's good to find a high quality place to eat when you're out. Been twice now and will visit again, traveled from Wakefield. Great food and drinks.
Absolutely love this place :) my favourite is the hot bacon brie and mango chutney sandwich and the ice cream milkshakes are gorge.. always my hangover cure lol
My Wife and I had the pleasure of finding out about your establishment today when we took our elderly friend to Otley.
We were impressed in the first place by the beautiful coffee and the meal deal is excellent value. Besides the warm welcome the icing on the cake for me was the beautiful pictures on your walls.

My partner fancied trying cranberry today- so glad we did! I had the most amazing spanish chicken melt, it was delicious! My little girl had a toasty and i loved that they served it with a child friendly salad garnish! We had ice cream too, you got to try the cherry flavour, yummy! We got service with a smile too which goes along way. Will definately be back soon!

A fabulous place to enjoy an excellent all day breakfast and receive an efficient service from friendly staff. The café has toilets and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

What a wonderfully quaint little place! Our food was delicious (jacket potato) with a lovely side salad and for a fab price and everyone’s food around us looked lovely too. Plus they sell toffee syrup for coffees! Always a yes from me.

Breakfast was delicious, had the veggie breakfast (with a slice of bacon 😋😂) and the Glamorgan sausage was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Such lovely accommodating staff also. Couldn’t fault it. Really appreciated the addition of the cooler glasses in the fridge, really nice touch!
My two daughters and I only stopped by for ice cream, which was excellent, but it was the staff who made our visit. They were warm, friendly, engaging and incredibly helpful.
Went yesterday, lovely time here with my friend. Omelette was fabulous my friend had cremated bacon roll. This was how she ordered bacon. Food here Fabulous. Been before just as good we then had a naughty slice of coffee cake. Amazing 2 pots of tea perfect. Couldn't ask for more clean tidy. Everyone required to tack and trace. Good social distancing . Clean sparkling place. Great staff friendly. Have to say young girl on till serving (sorry don't know her name) but right giggle bubbley personality. Just what you need front of house.
Me and my daughter had a wonderful lunch in here today. We both had a panini and a drink each. The service was very quick, the guy who served us was friendly, very welcoming and the food was fabulous. Reasonable prices too.
We will definitely go again and will recommend this cafe to anybody .
We went this morning for take away breakfast sandwiches. I have a well done bacon which is done to perfection, he has a bacon egg & mushroom - both the best in the area! Add a great cup of coffee, friendly service and you can't beat it. If you're thinking of going to Costa in Otley, bob over the road instead and support a local independent cafe, you won't be disappointed!

I had phoned to make sure that 3 of us could sit to eat (when it was allowed under the various restrictions). There was a little confusion when we arrived but it was sorted thanks to the generosity of other customers & the staff. We ordered different things and it was quickly prepared and came piping hot - which is a must for me. Cannot recommend the full English breakfast, full English omelette and sausage sandwiches enough. 5* to the staff and the food. What an asset to Otley this place is. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much.

The food was really nice and are getting young people involved. Everyone is extremely nice and the environment is really friendly. I recommend going. There was boy young boy who worked there stood out in particular who was really sweet and hard working
Great range of real teas. Wonderful ice cream. Very hot day when we visited so sat outside and watched the comings and goings on the main shopping street. Will definitely be back when next in Otley.

Seventeen of us (cyclists) descended on the Cranberry and the staff went out of their way to attend to us. The food was great and the service was first class. Can’t thank them enough 🙏.
really friendly welcoming staff .... fantastic coffee...(& I am hard to please when it comes to my coffee #coffeeconuisour!) & an impressive selection of homemade cakes. our visit to cranberrys was the perfect finish to a lovley day out shopping in it let. we will definitely be visiting again.
