A friend of my daughters spotted something my daughter would like and sent her a screenshot. We headed to try and find the item some 3 weeks later! was a bit like trying to find a needle in a haystack but in a very good way! some amazing quirky finds! showed the photo to a lovely lady there who knew immediately what section it had been in, after looking couldn't see the item there so telephoned the seller. She brought it to the emporium and we were able to purchase it. One extremely grateful and happy daughter who also purchased a beautiful dress and another garment also. What a gem to have in our town and what a lovely lady to deal with. Definitely recommended! go and have a browse. Next time we must be sure to try the coffee and cake!
Never been here before a good place to look for things from yesteryear for me many items I remember from when I was growing up. Good selection of jewellery toys quite a few teddy bears when I was there. Items of furniture scattered throughout the building. If you're feeling parched and in need of that caffeine pick me up there's a cafe upstairs with a good selection of tea to choose from and the much needed coffee. So if looking around at antique shops is your thing then get yourself over. There is also free parking.
Always fun to look around, have picked up loads of stuff from here over the years. Large space with lots of dealers and cabinets, and stuff ranging from crafts, DIY, repro to vintage and antiques - something to interest everyone and high stock turnover so there's always something new to find. Also the cafe does the best bacon baps I've ever had!
