Following highly successful regular visits for coffee and/or lunch, we thought we would try the "Evening with the Chef" meal. All the staff were brilliant from start to finish, and the food was stunning, what a talented young chef! The atmosphere in the roof top room was cosy and comfortable. Been a few times now to jb for various breakfasts and dinners which I highly recommend.decided to go to the blind 5 course menu on the 24/11/17 upstairs in the rooftop room this was absolutely amazing.the food was truly stunning and the staff were so polite and very professional

Took my grandma and aunt for afternoon tea yesterday was so lovely. The food was so nice and we upgraded to a latte instead of a pot of tea but was lovely ! The only thing I would suggest would be to add scones with Jam and cream like a traditional afternoon tea but the other cakes and cheesecake made up for no scones. Definately would recommend and my grandma and aunt loved it too !
Been here a couple of times now and had really lovely food with great service. The menu is great, but there also always seems to be some fab choices available from the specials. My partner was looked after really well as he needs gluten free food, this can often be a problem when dining out but not an issue here at all. Chef Joel was really aware and there was no fuss at all. I would definately recommend and we will be back!
Last minute I needed to cater at home for some guests. Within less than 24 hours I had exactly what I needed. Sandwiches were great and a good selection too, every single bit was eaten. JBs responded to my request out of hours and then contacted me when ready. An extremely professional and polite service of good food. Thank you! See you again! X
We went for afternoon tea for a friends birthday there was 6 of us some fussy eaters but they catered for us all food was lovely service great and we'll worth the price which was great value thank you can't wait for the next birthday
Another find for us, love cake and coffee shops but once inside the menu offered is much more than that. This is definitely a Bistro with a good selection of dishes, light snacks and cakes of course. Enough choice for anyone’s needs.

This is a little gem. We had time to kill and decided we wanted a cup of tea. This is a lovely cafe which does teas, coffees and cooked food. It is only small but there are tables in another room. But it is warm and the staff are lovely.
Great selection of eggs benedict/royale/florentine. Although states served on sourdough its just good quality crusty bread. Well worth going for a brunch still. Not convinced by the plastic furniture for sale but lovely little hidden gem for good coffee and a nibble.
Super place with excellent food, ambience and service, good portions and prices. Friendly staff and comfortable seating, will definitely be back more times in the future. Highly recommended 5 stars.
My wife comes here a lot with her friends at lunch time, I have been here many times before with my wife & always enjoyed what we have chosen on the menu, staff very friendly and polite. Would recommend a visit.
