Few years ago the front of house staff seem to be indifferent and cared very little about their job or customer. Recent visits I have notice a big change. Everyone seems very intrested in people and offering a grate service. And the staff seem to enjoy their job and the contact the have the pubic.
The staff have to put up with regular teenage trouble makers. The security guard dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Service not great,waited a while for meal,because of the delivery couriers being served before people eating in. But food was good when we eventually got it.
Fast friendly service clean and able to use disabled seating area as this mcdonald's keep delivery riders to one side out of the way of customers
Large McDonalds where able to order via app, in-store touch screens, at counter, or delivery apps. There is ample seating, and a clear screen showing the order numbers ready to pick up. Food came out pretty quickly (<5 minutes) for two meals.
Only downside was our initial order was incorrect but promptly fixed.

I tend to have a positive experience in this one, they always offer table service which is a bit of a lifesaver for me as I have Autism and waiting at the front can be incredibly uncomfortable for various reasons. The staff who bring the food over are always very pleasant and the restaurant is always clean & air conditioned.
McDonald's food and service were pretty good but the atmosphere was somewhat dirty and hectic... As in delayed orders, I arguments and etc.
McDonald's for me have improved over the years. This one no different. Great for families with kids or a quick bite
Highly recommend McDonald's it's very spacious and ample seating.
Toilets very clean and hygienic.
It's a mcdonalds what can you say! It's nicer than the one In bromley,staff are always friendly, food is never wrong even when I order a few things with changes. AlWays hot and fresh, loos are generally clean. Just avoid out of school times as its busy
