Wonderful staff at this Costa. The coffee always tastes amazing.
There’s two girls that work here who are absolutely lovely. Bubbly personalities. Always have time for a conversation with me.
Even when the shop is busy, the tables are always cleared.
They always have a full range of snacks available. They have air conditioning inside and additional seating outside.
The toilet, although clean could do with a refurbishment. It’s very old with visible damages.
Usual Costa, but very tired looking. In need of refurbishment.
Great coffee but low staff numbers meant that tables were not being cleared and sanitised between customers. Also No checks done on customer toilet, which I found to be unable due to the toilet bowl being filled with tissue and almost overflowing. I told the staff they needed to check the toilet.
Never been disappointed, great coffee and friendly staff. Manager is amazing, so good she is often found at the other Petts Wood Costa too and is, I suspect, the reason why there are often trainee staff there -
learning the ropes from an expert [which does admittedly slow things down sometimes but everyone has to learn sometime :) ]
Excellent. I come to here every week, babyccino is free for kids.
Lovely staff, lovely coffee, lovely atmosphere! Can't fault, especially as they have been working full throughout lockdown! Couldn't live without my Costa ladies!
Big improvement in this costa. First came here a few years ago and all the staff seemed foreign and difficult for them to understand me and the other way around and the place looked a mess. lots of tables with rubbish on them. Been here twice recently and all the staff spoke English as a first language and very pleasant and all the tables bar one was clean.
Coffee was very nice, but I did ask for it extra hot, and if that was extra hot I'd hate to taste the normal temperature!
Very poor display of sandwiches at 4pm.
Love Petts Wood. It has a lovely vibe.

The usual Costa coffee but with exceptional staff. Always am greeted with great customer service and would like to thank Frankie for going out of his way today :)
Friendly atmosphere - this my local and the staff and manger are friendly and interact with everyone and had a good coffee place vibe !!
Very friendly happy staff. I always find this Costa the best run one out of the many I visit .
Very nice placec to.meet with friends - have lunch or just treat yourself to that special treat coffee & cake. Good service not too crowded and always a pkeasure
