Overall a good stay, clean spacious room & very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and helpful, early check in was great. Breakfast was a good price but we were there on a busy Sunday morning and the buffet style hot food kept running out, they could not keep up with demand on that day which left us
The hotel is clean and fresh and the staff was amazing. I arrived with my little sister to take her to London for the day. The staff went above and beyond to help me and left a little gift in the room for my sister.

Clean tidy and plenty of space
As with all premier inns. It was clean and tidy. No on site parking but you can park at the nearest multi story (Walnuts centre) breakfast as usual the 9.50 all you can eat (2 kids free). Staff friendly. Have stayed on a few separate occasions now and have never been disappointed.

Typical Premier Inn, clean and comfortable but what really sets it apart is the customer service and the food.
I stayed there recently for 4 weeks whilst working in the area and the staff are superb.

Enjoyed our stay very nice reception. Easy stay. Everything was as expected. Parking was slightly stressful for me because I didn't want my car locked up in a garage overnight.

Parking is in the shopping centre car park and wad easy but there is a short walk to make so need to be prepared for that.
The room was ok but did smell I little of smoke so not the best.
