We visited yesterday for Mother’s Day, and although extremely busy and we weren’t seated until 20mins after our booking time the service was second to none. From the greeter who seated us to our waiter we had a great evening and your staff deserve a huge pat on the back for a very very busy evening. Thank you �

Staff were great, service was a bit slow but my pizza was great and worth the wait, and it gave me time to chat to my parents. Guy who waited on our table was very attentive. Good job all round, well done
We had such a lovely service in Orpington Pizza Express today after a tuff time this morning at Guys Hospital the staff were very professional and gave us exceptional service not only to us but everyone else in the restaurant. We visited on Friday at 9pm - the restaurant wasn't busy enough to require a reservation, but still enough tables for a buzzy-ish atmosphere. We had some Tesco clubcard vouchers to use up, and nothing in the fridge, hence our visit! Food is overpriced, but Pizza Express almost always has a voucher online that brings down the price. Pizza was ok but no worse than I would expect from the chain. It is what it is.
Service was friendly and attentive so giving 4 stars.
My son had his 6th birthday party here and it was excellent. I was a bit worried that the group of 5 and 6 year olds would struggle, but the staff helped them just the right amount and they were all really proud of their pizzas (as well as enjoying eating them!). They had dairy free cheese as well as an alternative to ice-cream for one child who could not have dairy. I really recommend here for a children’s party!
Much higher level of service standards. Friendly and efficient. Better decor and soft music will definitely improve atmosphere.
Overall a very pleasant experience.
Pizza Express is a restaurant group with over 470 restaurants across the United Kingdom and I'm pretty sure this is the best one of them all. This Pizza Express Italian restaurant serve delicious, freshly made pizza, plus there's a takeaway service so you can have their tasty pizza to go.
We went on a Sunday night for a dinner. The restaurant was empty with few people coming afterwards. The food was ok, not a huge selection mainly pizza. The staff was friendly, however seemed to be distracted a little bit.
Lovely staff as ever and great food.
Remember to check if you have Tesco Club Card Points as you can sometimes double or triple their value as Pizza Express vouchers 😉
Great staff friendly happy good customer service. Good food only disappointment was that there was no tirimasu, no biscotti cheesecake on a Monday evening come on!
Staff were great, everything was how I expected it, good fair prices you get what you pay for food is really good and tasty and quite romantic as far as pizza places go it has nice lighting which would make for a romantic meal.
Good food served in good time & lovely waitress but the noise/hubub was deafening, we were all glad to leave and my ears are ringing still shame, can't they do anything to deaden the sound?
