Had a really lovely birthday breakfast with my dad. The staff made my dad very welcome and treated the birthday boy to a hot chocolate which he thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you x
The restaurant wasn't to crowded as it was late afternoon plenty of seating. We were seated quite quick.
The restaurant was clean and tidy likewise the rest room.
The waiter was helpful and friendly. The food was presented well and taste nice.
My only fault was the Mac and Cheese was cold had to send it back.

Restaurant was 90% empty. Got seated straight away. Drinks ordered. Starters then main came out. Price definitely reflects the massive portion that you get! Pictured is the New York BBQ chicken and chips. With corn and onion rings 🤤 it was delicious. Waitress was prompt and friendly. Would definitely go back!

I have visited the Orpington branch of F&B on many occasions and the service is second to none. The staff are friendly and polite, the restaurant is clean, as are the toilets. The food is always delicious and the cocktails are fantastic. I've never had a bad experience. Special mention of our server Dani who was brilliant on Wednesday evening when I celebrated my birthday quietly with my husband.

- We went and the doors were just opened as it was 12pm. The lady at the till was not really helpful, she was on her phone when we were there, she looked unbothered when we were looking at the menu. We didn’t like the customer service, could be friendlier and try to pay attention to us.

Was very fresh loved the fries, not really a fan of the hotdog it was a bit dry. The calamari was amazing
Great place got a table without a booking. Food was good. Good for family but it was slightly spoilt by a rowdy table of about 8 who unashamedly uttered bad language a lot. It was cringeworthy and thought the staff could have tried to do something about it. For that I deducted a point for 'atmosphere'. The service we received at our table was great.
6 people went with no prior reservation. We were seated immediately. Service was excellent as were the Vegan options. Overall, food was average but good sized portions.
My experience at Frankie & Benny's was amazing! Our waitress, Gina, was extremely nice and treated us kindly. The restaurant is beautiful and the facilities are exquisite. Plus, the food was very tasty, me and my family had an incredible time. I would definitely recommend Frankie & Benny's to anyone looking for a good restaurant to celebrate any occasion, or if you're looking for top-tier food to eat!
Well me and my Daughter had a near perfect evening at Frankie & Benny's tonight. The food was, in Sophia's words, Divine, the service was excellent, the music was uplifting and the company was exceptional. All in all it was a very enjoyable date night for myself and Sophia. We will definitely be revisiting.
Lovely place to go for a meal with family and friends, has a 1960s diner feel about the place. Visited this evening for my birthday, service was excellent, waiter was polite and attentive. Food was good and all reasonably priced. I recommend for birthdays as they bring out a complimentary brownie with ice cream and candle for the birthday person.

A very welcomed stop in our way to Hastings, they have a few tables outside perfect for somebody traveling with dogs.
The waiters were very friendly and our drinks and desserts arrived very quickly.
Used to come here often and enjoy it with the family. It’s a lot quieter than before and missing the special deals they used to have. Food quantity is good, but nothing amazing.
