A really lovely little find of a cafe. Quirky decor, delicious food and great service. I popped in on a Friday at 2pm-it was very busy but the food and the service made up for a bit of a wait to be served. Portion sizes were generous and the food was freshly prepared and the servers were lovely.
My Mum popped in for a takeaway coffee on Saturday the cafe was packed. She ordered the coffee and waited. Mia who served was lovely My mum uses a walking stick and is a little wobbly Mia insisted on carrying the coffee to our car even though it was raining! Thank you Mia you are a kind caring perso
Love this place …great coffee to see and eat ‘salt beef ‘ of course💜
Went here today as a rite of passage with my lovely driving instructor. It's a beautiful tea shop with a lovely history. Fantastic food and drinks and the staff are wonderful!
Me and my daughter were sitting in this small delightful Tea Room this morning and what a find!
We were greeted by the lovely owner who made us so welcome. An array of homemade fayre tempting our taste buds, especially the homemade cakes that are baked fresh every morning. The food was scrumptiou
Have passed here so many times as used to work locally and live in nearby Bromley. Always wanted to check it out.
Popped in for lunch with my Mum after a hospital appointment and was very happy with the food, service and the pot of tea!
Uniquely British with fine attention to detail and quality. I'v
Went for lunch amazing choice fresh sandwiches, toasted panning, soup salads and the cakes wow all home made going back for afternoon tea everything ticks the boxes.
Birthday afternoon tea for my partner. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I accidentally dropped some brownie crumps on my white dress and one of the staff (I think it's the owner's daughter) saw it and immediately brought a clean wet wipe. That's what you call being attentive and kind!
Popped in for two take away coffees. Staff very polite and friendly. Efficient service and one of the best lattes I’ve tasted in a long while. Well worth a visit .
Unfortunately i think we went at one of the busiest times. Packed & very noisy. Lovely food & staff are great . Would go again, but at a different time
The Drawing Room was an absolute delight serving by far the freshest pastries and sandwiches I've ever had in an afternoon tea (all baked daily on the premises). We booked a table for 2 o'clock in the afternoon which was a busy time and boy was I impressed by how well drilled, motivated and courteou
Had a coffee, sandwich, and a slice of cake. Everyone there was super friendly, the food was delicious and had generous portions at a very reasonable price. Best place for lunch in locksbottom!!
An absolute delight! We’re new to the area and this was our first visit to Locksbottom and the Drawing Room and I’m so glad we stopped by. Beautiful set up with lovely staff and tasty, fresh food. Highly recommend the salt beef and the potato salad. Can’t wait to come back for the afternoon tea
Lovely traditional cafe in Locksbottom. Great decor, friendly staff and nice food. They were very accommodating to a plant based diet. We had a great time.
First visit. Didn't want the "Costa experience" so I thought I'd try this place opposite. Enjoyed a nice breakfast and a cup of coffee. The staff couldn't be friendlier. I'll be back !
Popped into the Drawing Room for breakfast. The owner always greets customers with a wide warm smile and remains attentive during your time there.
This time I had their full English breakfast with granary toast. This was very good with a sausage bacon mushrooms, a fried egg and baked beans. This
Staff amazing, and food to die for, I have been to the drawing room countless of times and they have never disappointed. thank you!
This place is divine! It's always packed and not hard to see why. Generous portions, home made cakes and smiley staff who seem to love their work.
The drawing room is really the only reason to visit locksbottom unless you live there. 😆
