The British Queen - Orpington - Photo album

Have been a few times and never disappointed. I've even brought work parties here for dinner. Came last night with some colleagues, the fondant was so good I had to come back again today with the husband! Loved the soufflé!! Excellent food and staff.
We just arrived at 12pm, the interior is beautiful, service is very friendly and accommodating. I had the applewood smoked pork ribeye and it is delicious! Would come back anytime, Thank you
The best Sunday roast I’ve had in years…. The beef was mouthwatering and the Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes were delicious….and the desserts wonderful, the pistachio soufflé was excellent 👍 Service was good, and the overall experience delightful….highly recommended
Lovely and healthy food with friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this place
As always, a great evening at the British Queen. This really is a step up from a normal pub dining experience. Super, efficient staff and great food. My only problem is that it can get very loud when busy, making conversations a but difficult if, like me, your hearing isn't quite what it once was
Food was amazing! Service was great with attentive, helpful staff. The menu was not huge but that is fine when you have quality dishes. I had the sea bream which was perfect. Overall a great experience and I can't think of anything bad to say!
This was our third visit to The British Queen - the Sunday roast and the chicken liver parfait can’t be beaten! The service is great too - they are very good about allergies - and extensive drinks choice. The decor is nice and clearly looked after.
Very nice food and excellent, friendly service. We visited on a quiet week day for a set lunch and we really enjoyed the food.
Nice option for lunch and very kids friendly (a big plus!). The service was excellent and the staff really attentive. Food wise the lunch special 2 course meal had reasonable choices as did the wines by the glass. The steak was really perfect cooked although the accompanying salad and chips a bit t
Great roast dinner not crowded and full safety observed. I have my dog and she was very well treated too. Disabled access and garden area.
Good food and nice atmosphere. The staff were very polite and attentive.
We were on the hunt for a new go-to pub in our new neighborhood after moving to Bromley last year. We finally stumbled upon this gem and it has been our favourite pub since. We keep going back for their amazing food and cozy vibes. Love the fact that they change menu with the season and all the opti
I was very lucky to have been treated to a lovely meal and drinks at this fabulous establishment. The food was sublime. I went for a good ol' burger and chips...what I got was just this but top, top level! I pimped mine a little which you'll get the offer to do (bacon and cheese, as you should 😉) an
Most excellent fare offered for our Virgin Experience. Nicely paced.
Adam took our Virgin Experience booking over the phone and also greeted us on arrival. The restaurant had a very pleasant ambience and Adam explained the menu to us, including how they are a collection of the chef's favourites. He clearly has a deep passion and knowledge of the dishes offered, how t
Adam and his team looked after us so well from the moment we arrived. The Wild Mushroom Tart (starter) was one of the best I have tasted. And the Pan-fried Stone Bass with Prawn Potatoes was equally delicious.
Our first visit to this charming pub and we were not disappointed. The decor is elegantly stylish and the atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming. The food and drink were equally divine. I commenced with a cheese Soufflé (which was listed as a starter on the menu). However, it was a generous size a
Quality seasonal ingredients, skilfully and imaginatively combined, cooked well and at a reasonable price. Service quiet and assured. Not sure how much better it gets. A bit of a gem I would say.
