It's a good little cafe but has a very limited menu. Coffee was really nice, and the Harry Potter themeing was pretty good but would have been made better by playing the musical scores from the films rather than random music, didnt ruin the experience though. The merch was as expected; very expensi
Travelled from Manchester to visit yesterday. Not alot to chose from on the menu but we had not long eaten and only really wanted the brownie pot and coffee. The staff were really helpful and 1 guy came to our table showing us a card trick. All in all, a fab visit and would definitely recommend
Food was lovely, had the Cumberland hot dog with spicy chuckney. The shop was tiny however they had some nice little gifts to purchase. Amazing Harry Potter cafe. Food was delicious and plentiful, vegetarian option looked really tasty. Nothing too much trouble for staff, who were dressed as Harry Potter characters.
Really enjoyed the afternoon tea experience along with a harry potter quiz, a cafe tour and some delicious food. Very immersive experience and would definitely recommend and return.

Went to Mandrakes during the Covid era. Everything was done to really safe standards with hand sanitiser and everything wiped clean after each customer. We had an GF afternoon tea. It was beautiful. The staff were really attentive and helpful. Theres even a little tour when you finish and a gift sho
For old or young, as it says, ' it's a magical place'. You have to remember it's a Cafe, so you might have to wait a few moments to get in, but the superb staff do explain everything to you. Well worth the visit. Kids will love it, just as parents will too.
I was taken here for afternoon tea as a birthday gift. Mandrakes is very well designed with loads of references to the Harry Potter films. There is a little shop where you can buy merchandise and a restaurant/cafe area with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would
