Love the place. The first time we asked if dogs were welcome, they let him in with open arms. We can go in have a drink and a snack with our puppy lying next to us, absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff too.
I always love coming here, the staff are amazing and friendly best coffee I've ever had and i dint like coffee before coming :D
Nice friendly place. Full of cheery young and not so young people. Toast would be a good addition to menu.
Really friendly staff, best egg nogg latte ever!
Fantastic staff, helpful and very pleasant. Made lots of fuss of the dogs, and gave them a ‘puppy chino’, which was devoured!....
Staff very helpful and friendly brought round small sample's of cake to try - very nice
A great place to chill and meet friends - the staff are very welcoming & helpful
Looking for a cafe open later on a Sunday to meet our son at uni that accepts our Cockapoo dog. Happy to get confirmation that he could come in. Comfy seats, great coffee with cream and caramel topping plus caramel shortbread. Toilets clean. Lots of space. Free parking nearby on a Sunday.
To be honest I'm a coffee is coffee person, all pretty much the same, however, what sets this place apart is the staff. Rachel in particular is not only super efficient, but such a lovely caring person. She really is a credit to the company & we shall be returning.
All the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you, so lucky to have such a lovely Starbucks on our doorstep
I always come to Starbucks when I want a catch up with friends, or me time and read a book. The staff here are always very friendly and chat away with the consumers, which makes me want to come back here. Today I ordered a hazelnut Macchiato and it was delicious! The medium cups had ran out so the lady upgraded it to a large for me, with the cost of a medium cup :) always a happy customer
This is my favourite of all Starbucks cafes, I'll travel for miles to sit here and do some work or draw for a while. The staff are incredible and always so upbeat, they're so friendly and it just makes you feel calm. Really amazing place to go. Seats with plugs and tables as well as comfy chairs, and outdoor seating. I really can't rate this building enough, it's my happy place.
Staff are fab. Food delicious and coffees made perfectly. Great place that is open a bit later than other coffee shops so great to visit at the end of the end.
A really nice spacious coffee shop. Wheelchair and pram friendly, with comfy seats and a lift stairs lift.
You can access from the many shopping street or Marks and Spencer car park.
I came in the evening and the cafe' looked like an art exhibition. I experienced Starbucks standard services here.
Lovely place, excellent friendly staff with a nice relaxed atmosphere to the shop. Toilets are on the small side, however.
It is rare to find a team so dedicated to their work and, overall, happy about it. For those complaining of the lack of usual cheer...look around you. This is coronavirus time, the closest to a plague situation that we have come in living memory.
my mocha is simple enough, but a good litmus test of Starbucks'; a peppermint-flavoured mocha, with no cream. In this place I can count on it arriving, correctly made, 99.99% of the time, and always, ALWAYS, within a few minutes of place my order.
If people are breaking social distancing rules that threaten the livelihoods of those working there....well who knew, people tend to concentrate on threats first, and service second? a damn fine job they do to, considering the obstinate, stupid callousness of some people these days.
So it's two years since I wrote this review. The team has gone from strength, to strength. Great coffee is made by great people. You will find both, right here, at Starbucks Ormskirk.
