Lovely place for a drink. We'll ran and professional. Great entertainment and security was very good at night dealing with an issue out in the street. Would highly recommended
Came in and asked the gentleman behind the till for the best place to buy hardware, he took me round back and hopped in the bin pulling out a hammer, he then proceeded to toss it onto the roof and tell me it was on the house, lovely staff and very accommodating to needs.
It's a nice pub, good size and friendly enough! Not too expensive either

Best pub in Ormskirk bar none. Its a proper pub sticking to its roots. Well done to last 10 years of landlords who have kept the nostalgic atmosphere. You have my hard earned cash any time.
Had a great Halloween fancy dress night here,beer was excellent, staff were great and the full English breakfast was fantastic
Good pint of cask. Friendly staff it has the smell of a "proper" pub - too few and far between these days. When I'm back in ormskirk would definitely return
Alot nicer inside than it seems, pool table in the front, relatively decent prices, rekordelig on draught which is nice, always have log fires going if it's particularly chilly out, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
OK if you need a pint nothing over special of you need to impress a date or a anything
