What a lovely place with friendly staff and great food. As a vegan it's sometimes difficult finding nice restaurants that offer a vegan menu but at the Cobble I had so much to choose from! Thank you to the staff who couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be back again soon! 5*****
Lush place to come for decent coffee, a variety of fresh smoothies and an excellent choice of food from the menu. If it's not on there, ask the super staff, they'll do their best to accommodate! Oh and the Cherry Bakewell cake is to die for

Where do I start, what a fantastic little gem in the heart of Ormskirk market!! On entering the cobble was greeted with beaming smiles from the girls, the lads were busy making coffee.
I was led to my seat by one of the girls, ordered a flat white and a full English breakfast, coffee nice and smooth and very drinkable, breakfast came well presented and cooked just how I like it, will be coming back again before I return to colne☺

This place is amazing! They serve the best breakfasts and salads ever! Smoothies and cakes are also delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Richard, for bringing the best quality breakfasts to Merseyside! I will definitely come back to the Cobble soooooon ☺☺☺

Lovely place with welcoming staff. Our food was freshly prepared and hot, we were also served in good time too bearing in mind that almost every table was occupied at the time. I look forward to visiting again when I'm next in Ormskirk.

Well, today we visited Cobble for the first time, along with our baby grandson. The staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. We had strawberry and maple waffles which were delicious, a very large toasted teacake and a slice of white toast for the baby. We also ordered an Earl Grey Tea and a latte. The drinks and the food arrived promptly.
This place is very deceptive. It looks tiny from the outside, but it goes back a long way, has an upstairs mezzanine floor with several additional table AND an outside area at the back with several picnic tables and benches.
The toilets upstairs are beautiful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this café and will definitely be returning.

My absolute favourite place to eat & drink in Ormskirk- rain or shine there’s something for everyone and the staff cannot do enough for you (Shout out to Emily & Mollie!!) I had weight loss surgery recently and the team and chefs are always so accommodating to my new diet, the staff actually remember my order and recommend WLS friendly food and drink to me all the time!
The vegetarian breakfasts here are excellent. Really good quality andbvery well cooked breakfast. The atmosphere here is lovely and the service is always lovely. Probably the best breakfast around in Ormskirk. Place does get busy especially on a weekend.

I was doing my daughter back at Edge Hill University, so we stopped in Ormskirk for lunch. My daughter is Coeliac, so finding somewhere to eat can be really difficult, and she's always concerned about cross-contamination.
At first, she was a little unsure about what she could eat as it was only obvious on breakfast dishes that there were gluten-free options. A member of staff explained that there was gluten-free bread and so a lot more choice than we had thought, and not just the usual jacket potato we'd go for elsewhere.
My daughter had the club sandwich with gf bread, which she said was the first sandwich she'd been able to have away from home in nearly 4 years (since being diagnosed). It was so good, and she's not had any problems caused by cross-contamination, which she has experienced in other places.
I chose the Caribbean chicken wrap with sweet potato fries, which I really enjoyed too.
The food was great, staff were really helpful and it was a great atmosphere. Cobble could definitely do more to tell people about their fantastic gluten-free offer. We'll be back because of how impressed we were.

Regularly come here when I’m in town for uni and it’s one of the best places to eat in Ormskirk.
Lovely range of food and selection of drinks. The staff are always attentive too no matter who serves you.
Would 100% recommend the cobble club sandwich and any of the smoothies!
