Now under new management the food today was delicious . Service prompt and friendly and still having thar added edge of providing for our party (with a special needs child).
Visited for the first time today - lovely atmosphere and staff, still able to fit us in on a busy Saturday night. The food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Chicken was tender and the piri piri sauces were a great flavour. I'll definitely be coming back!!

We absolutely love coming here! We have been a few times & never had a bad meal. We visited today & both had prawns & beef a casa. Everything was cooked to perfection as always! Sangria on point & great service. Atmosphere is always chilled & relaxed. We look forward to our next date day. Fantastic highly recommend.
Wonderful evening, the chicken is wonderful, perfect, all the food is excellent! Service is very friendly, it's a superb place, relaxing fun atmosphere. My Portuguese friend said it reminded them of home, how can you beat that!
Lovely fresh and tasty food. It was my 85yr old uncle's birthday and they brought out a little Portuguese tart with a candle and sang him Happy Birthday! So nice.

very tasty food and great service
Me and my girlfriend had planned to train to Liverpool for a Saturday night out however, decided last minute to stay in ormskirk, we figured that everywhere would be fully booked as we were turned away from a few places but fortunately, there was a table of two available, we both got the Saturday night menu where I had the sausage croquettes and my partner had the soup of the day. Then for our mains I had the mixed grill and my partner had the Piri piri half chicken.
The portion sizes were amazing and the food was also amazing. My only critique is that you can’t request how spicy to make your piri piri chicken as we personally like spice. Other than that the food was amazing, the service was amazing and the vibe was lovely. We will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious and service was good. They had a special offer on two courses for £15.95 with a bottle of wine included for two people.

Lovely friendly family restaurant with an authentic Portuguese dining experience. Well cooked food at reasonable prices. Bread and olives for the table when you sit down. Helpful and friendly staff.
Good food only thing they close early at dinner so it felt like they were rushing us they were setting tables out for the evening not very professional
