Called in here today the coffee was superb had the bacon and prune sandwich, sounds odd but I have to say it was delicious. On leaving just had to buy an Eccles cake it was to die for I don't normally rave about a coffee /tea shop but would highly recommend this one

Such a fabulous Cafe and shop if in Suffolk definitely well worth a trip to Orford, cakes and particularly eccles cake extremely good, They do a very efficient delivery service too all the way down to the South Coast, we order on line and not one blip in over a year, and our customers love their breads.

The French toast was amazing, friendly staff and great service. Breads and cakes looked amazing. My daughter had a raspberry jam donut which was so light and fluffy! Highly recommend

Very special place - and I love the ritual of the drive there and back, but not as much as we love their breads and cakes! Though we are spoiled for choice around here, Pump Street goods always stand out, full of character and flavour.

Pump Street’s genius lays in combining two passions in their bars. By mixing crunchy bread crumbs with melt—in-your-mouth chocolate, the British maker provides our taste buds with completely original flavor and texture combinations that will make you addict for ever ! We love it ....

A fantastic bakery that also has tables for eating and drinking. The most delicious pain au chocolat and Monmouth coffee. Friendly service and very pleasant atmosphere with a wood burning stove for warmth. Great selection of breads.

Tried for the first time today. Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is all home cooked and you can tell, absolutely delicious and fresh. Coffee was a lovely blend and just an all round positive experience. Only thing I would say is just needs a little music for ambience.

Amazing hidden gem. Some of the best pastries I have ever had in my life (the aniseed and orange combo pastry will stay in my mind forever). Worth going out of your way for. I will be back.

I really love what they do here. I live locally, have known them since they opened, and come here at least once a week. The staff are friendly, the cakes, bread, buns and coffee is always consistently excellent. You do have to come fairly early in the day to get the pick of the cakes-but this is to be expected when everything is fresh every day.

By far the best bakery I've visited in Suffolk. I tried the Nossage Roll, Pastel de Nata, Almond Croissant, and the Rhubarb Jam Doughnut. All were EXCEPTIONAL, you can really taste the high-quality. The servers were very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be visiting again, and I recommend everyone to!

Iconic bakery, and a must visit if you're in Suffolk. You will go in intending to pick up a little treat and walk out with enough baked goods to put on a stone in an afternoon. The chocolate chip cookie, made from their chocolate arm, is god tier. But you essentially can't go wrong - everything in there is utterly delicious. Pop to the chocolate shop across the road for more treats if you haven't bankrupted yourself in the bakery first.

I have wanted to go here for a while and even with my high expectations it exceeded them. The baked goods here are superb. They stand up there with the best of them. The croissant was buttery, flakey, and melt in the mouth. The doughnuts were well stuffed with a fluffy crumb. The cookie was crunchy, chewy, and delicious. But the real winner was the incredible Eccles cake. Dare I say it, the best I have ever had. Even better then the infamous Eccles cake from St John in London (in my opinion). If you are in the area you have to go here.

Had breakfast at this lovely bakery many times and it’s absolutely lovely. Prices are a bit expensive but worth the money you pay for. Dishes use their own baked goods and locally sourced food, staff are all friendly and happy to help you, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it all tastes excellent! They make their own chocolate as well as bakery stuffs which is delicious, my personal favourite being the sourdough and sea salt bars! If you’re on a trip of the Suffolk coast this is an excellent spot to visit, only a short few minutes walk or an even shorter drive to the quay. I recommend you add it to your list!

I have never seen so many hipsters in one place before. Bread and pastries are great. My favourite is the bear claw.
