Lovely restaurant serving classic French cuisine in cosy countryside village decor. Ample choice on the menu, with many daily specials. The dishes were very well executed and service traditionally formal. Large portion sizes for all dishes ordered, making three courses perhaps a little much in terms of quantity. Very enjoyable experience.

An absolute delight. We travelled about 25 miles to get to this restaurant. Well I'm so glad that we did. Lovely olde building. Beautiful food. A nice setting and if I lived closer I'd be back again this weekend.

Superb menu, well executed. Several daily specials in addition to a varied menu. Service was outstanding too. Lovely ambience, traditional decor and in a pretty village.
A pleasant lunch. The food is good and nicely cooked though, to my mind, a little old-fashioned with LOTS of things on the plate. The 'special' starter of squab pigeon was delicious. Service is polite, but we had to ask 3 times for the wine we'd ordered with the mains.
Am amazed that the Venture In Restaurant has not been awarded the Michelin stars rating it truly deserves. This is the best restaurant in the area. I do however miss the traditional white table cloths😀

Hubby and I had Smoked Salmon starter - different flavours with every mouthful. Hubby: The Steak was cooked to perfection - very tasty. Me: Mushroom Wellington best veggie dish ever! Dessert: Cheese platter, variety of cheeses, very good. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We’d like to return for the Sunday Lunch carvery. Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the best fine dining restaurant we have by far. Hubby and I along with our friends have been going to the Venture In on and off for the past 20 years now and it never ever disappoints. We went again last night , first time after refurbishment and all 3 courses were absolutely amazing, a credit to Toby Fletcher and his staff. I must just mention front of House headed by John who we've known since day one and both he and his team are both professional and friendly and make you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door.
We were lucky to get a table for lunch when visiting the area. We were very impressed by the thought and effort put into all the dishes which did not disappoint. We would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in Worcestershire.
Waited a year to come back to the Venture Inn due to refurbishment.. and it did not disappoint! Every mouthful was an absolute delight and quite possibly the best meal we'll eat this year. 11 out of 10!
Best restaurant in the Midlands.
Not pretentious in any way but personally I go there to dine.
This restaurant is simply first class. The bread rolls alone would be worth an award each were different and outstanding. The food was again simply outstanding for the price. The wine by the glass was as it should be, the correct size given no undersized measure like some give, again excellent quality and service was very professional. Thought about not reviewing as this may go towards not being able to secure a reservation.
Food and service very good, cosy ambience and very picturesque village setting. Would suggest that it would be nice to see prices on the website.
Wonderful food and attentive staff. I enjoyed my 3 courses and the house wine was delicious. The only coffee available was filter, maybe they don't think a restaurant of their calibre should spend time on making other types?
There is only roadside parking so for my elderly mother we needed to drop off and pick up.
The building is also delightfully wonky but the toilets could do with an upgrade.

Lovely atmosphere and the staff very attentive. Food was excellent and my starter was the nicest I have ever eaten which consisted of seared smoked salmon. Can't rate this restaurant any higher you just need to go!!
