Absolutely fantastic all round been coming to sapphire for years, you are very welcomed with happy faces and great service, the food is exceptional 😊 .we have had lots of other dishes and all excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great curry and kebab.
I had the nicest Lamb staff curry from here on Saturday. The meat fell from the bone so succulent and the flavors where our of this world.

Best Indian in mcr!!! Have had lots of different Indian takeaways over the years but this is best so far. We ordered a Madras and Chilli Massala and they were both spectacular, great portions and came piping hot. Actually really spicy too which we enjoyed. Proper Indian for sure. Naan was nice and soft too. There's a reason they're 4.9/5 on Ubereats. Can't wait to order again and try everything else on the menu!
My local takeaway, son visits there almost everyday and say hi(ASC child) during daily walk. Food is great.
Lovely kebab with a nice medium sauce. Nice large portion so great value for money. Take a look at some of my photos (but be warned you will want one!
First time I've ordered food from here and I have got say it was it was absolutely lovely huge portions and piping hot. I will definitely recommend these guys to my other half as he loves his curries, I will be ordering again from here thanks boys

Sapphire are the best. I ordered from Wythenshawe tonight by mistake but my order seamlessly arrived from Oldham ahead of time! Excellent service above & beyond x
First time ordering from here, the food was hot, tasty and great portion sizes.. The food was delivered 30 mins early.. bonus! Yep will definitely order from them again.
Love it! Everything I’ve had is lovely and tasty. Even on busy nights the quality is always high. Quick and efficient and friendly staff.
Lovely food all round...onion baji perfect, not too over done :) keema rice gorgeous & chicken balti best iv ever had...partner got the love donner with shishlack sauce, best kebab he's ever had too, couldn't manage it and saved half...first order & couldn't fault any of it, thanks guys, highly recommended 👌
