Awesome place to eat delicious food! This eatery has everything. The decor and atmosphere is really nice, it provides a family friendly environment. There's plenty of indoor seating. Situated in a prime location with parking close by. The food is delicious and well known. The staff are super hardworking and friendly and the food is well priced. Would definitely recommend 10/10
Always been a great Kebab Shop. Food's always fresh, but I find the menu is fairly limited. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff and good prices for the quality.
Highly recommend the spicy lamb fatayer and spicy chicken burgers.
The kebabs are also very good with fresh, tasty salad.
Everything is made fresh so I would recommend to phone up and order especially at a weekend.
I’ve visited this place a few times. Great staff friendly people and it’s freshly made good food. They never let me down.

What can I say about this place the Chicken Shawarma is definitely the best in the Oldham/Manchester area without a doubt also the Kobedas are the best I've ever tasted(no greasy back taste) the Lamb is always nice and soft not chewy like most places there's too much to mention as real effort is made to prepare all menu items to a high standard I'll say the Salad is always fresh and I'll just add how nice the Lamb Doner is as well as the Chicken Burgers all the food is made to order so really is as fresh as you get which I really do appreciate. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond whilst preparing your food so you get the highest quality that can be achieved the prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food they serve also they take hygiene very serious as the place is always spotless. If you've not been to Oldham Star give it a try you will not be disappointed and you will be kicking yourself for not trying it sooner. You could argue this is the best takeaway in Manchester which I think it is. Cheers guys

Meat pizza was good ,chicken and spicy lamb fatayer was amazing.will order again .
Went for first time tonight whilst visiting family in Oldham. They had run out of lamb but I got chicken tikka on naan. Naan perfectly cooked as was the chicken. Chilli and garlic sauces also very tasty and the guy behind the counter was very friendly- definitely come back again

Hands down best Kobeda kebab! Grilled fresh in tandoor oven. Naan was soft and crispy at the edges, great salad & sauce too! Top top place. Great value too. Double kobeda on naan with salad about £6. Worth a trip!
