Fusion is our favourite restaurant and the home of the best Asian dish I have ever tried, Sea Dragon (duck in special batter with black bean sauce). The staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and it is a joy to go there, whether to sit down for a meal, or to order a takeaway. Thank you!

We visit Fusion on a regular basis and are never disappointed with the food. They gladly swapped a dish for another we requested on the banquet. The food was hot and fresh. The prawns in the main dish were big, juicy and not skimped on at all. Struggled to eat it all. Excellent value. Staff were pleasant and courteous and asked if we wanted a break between meals instead of trying to usher us out. Well done, it was a great anniversary meal.

Went last night with friends for our Anniversary, each couple wanted different priced banquets so they let us have separate bills. We were on a large round table so great for talking to everyone, the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Went for my hubbies 50th birthday with my daughters and dad and had the banquet per person. The food was amazing both plentiful and hot and very tasty even the wine was very reasonably priced. 5 People including the food and drinks was around £180 and very enjoyable .
We all enjoyed a lovely meal tonight my grill mixed no 100 was very good as was chicken and sweet corn soup. All the lads were happy with what they ordered, and the 2 bottles of white wine went down a treat.
The TV being on in the restaurant lost it one star, only two staff on but we're very good.

My grandson took me for pre theatre dinner. I could not fault the food. It was delicious and plenty of it. In fact we had to ask for 'doggie' boxes. The only disappointing thing was that there is no disabled toilet on the ground floor. The only facility is up two flights of stairs which is a shame because I would have gone back in a heartbeat.
Saturday night out for Mrs Wood and myself, hadn’t tried Fusion before but we will be back again, we had the dim sum platter starter and it was lovely, dim sum, curried samosa, gyozas, crispy seaweed and spring rolls, all piping hot. Main course Thai green curry and char Sui pork with Cantonese sauce and egg fried rice. Both meals had tender meat and lovely flavours, my curry was ‘hot’ and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff made it a superb meal and it was a reasonable price. It will not be the last time we go to Fusion. Thank you
The food is perfect definitely be coming here more often.
Came home stuffed as there is plenty of food per portion.
It’s just a shame the Sunday buffet isn’t on later on in the evening.

At first I thought the menu looked a little expensive, but the attentive service... Great menu and presentation makes fusion stand out. You'll pay a little more but the food it really fresh and tasty. My new favourite Chinese
