Love it in here! Came again on Tuesday with my mum for the pizza deal and it was absolutely gorgeous as always! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend the farrars for both a meal and and night out!

Excellent meal! Excellent service!! I had a lovely evening with my mum who is beyond fussy! We are both vegetarian and I was very pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options.
I had a mushroom pie with butter mash and onion gravy and my mum (who complains about the food everywhere we eat) had a pizza. She enjoyed it so much she went back 2 days later with her husband. I will definitely be returning too.

Had lunch with my mum on Saturday. Staff were really friendly and helpful :-) had cheese and onion pie, chips and garden peas. All the food was delicious :-) great atmosphere :-)
I've just had a lovely meal here with my husband and two young children. This is just what we need from our local pub- homemade food, reasonably priced and great portions.
The renovation has been tastefully done and the service was good- not many places manage to get all these things right!
We will definitely be returning.
Catered for 28 of us yesterday - we had pre-ordered and everything was 100% correct, hot & fresh!
The staff were fantastic, really friendly and even helped us organise taxi’s to & from our accommodation.

Very busy place and a lot of options to choose from for food. Food was good portions and very nice, some things let it down like the chicken wings as they were very dry and the roast potatoes were rock solid, like said the pub was very busy. We will be returning 😀

I found this pub through a Google search and thought I'd give it a try, I wanted to go somewhere not on my doorstep for a change and was glad I did. It's a nice looking pub on the outside but there's a few steep steps up to the door that my Nan struggled with (not sure if there's another way in) There is a nice size car park straight across the road for drivers. On the inside you can tell it's an old pub , I prefer an old pub to a newer type, they're just cosier. It's a bit tired looking on the inside decor wise but nothing much (I do recommend new laminated menus though). If your going in to watch sport there's plenty of tvs about but not blaring so don't worry if your not, it won't spoil your visit. The food was served quickly and it was really nice , good portion sizes too. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and we were provided with food boxes to take left overs home. Like everywhere else at the moment the prices were a little high but I'd rather pay what they need to keep the pub open rather than it have to close down , we should all keep that in mind. Nice friendly atmosphere. Staff were really nice and helpful. The best thing for me was the fact they allowed dogs. I can't leave him on his own so I very rarely get to go out anywhere, I'm sure there are many more in my situation who would love to support our pubs but can't. So thanks to the Farrars Arms I got to go out and have a lovely birthday meal with my family,Thank You. 100% recommended 👍😊

Stopped off here during a busy period for some lunch between jobs. Great atmosphere and extremal friendly staff. Explained that we only had a short break and they sorted us some lovely food in no time. Defo popping in again when I'm next in the area...

Delightful country pub teeming with life on a bright sunny spring day in England. Had a lovely traditional home made pie with veg for lunch and a pint of the local beer.
Been there a few times and never disappoints. Good food at reasonable prices, good service, nice atmosphere. Even though football was on TV it wasn't loud and in your face like in some places. Definitely recommend.
