Brilliant, the food was excellent as was the service. We won a Facebook competition for a sharing platter so weren't sure what to expect but as soon as we walked in the manger recognised us and seated us straight away. When the food came out we weren't disappointed, it looked and tasted outstanding. I couldn't recommend this place enough, they have week night offers and offers on kids meals too so perfect for families. We can't wait to return.

Always a pleasure to eat at Jacks. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, and we didn't have to wait long for our food to come out of the kitchen. The sharing platter was an excellent starter, and the only problem was having enough space for mains. Buttermilk chicken was so tender and juicy, would recommend! They were having issues with card payments on the day we were there, but the staff were able to resolve the issues.
Nipped in for a quick bite and came out so full It hurt to blink. The staff were really friendly and the service was amazing. They asked how are day was and what we were doing for the evening.
Would recommend to anyone who loves all American food. They do food challenges and I am really considering doing one. But yeah eat here it's amazing.
First visit to this restaurant but it will not be our last! Food was excellent. Manager engaged exceptionally well with all the guests at our table as well as the surrounding tables but it was the waitress who made the experience so enjoyable. Amy was great and we all appreciate the effort put in.
We had booked a large table but due to so much choice on the menu, some members of the group didn't want to preorder which did delay the service due to the size of the party. Despite this, Amy did her best to keep us entertained while waiting for our meals. When they arrived, worth the wait!!!!

Lovely greeting . Kids disappointed wanted chicken and waffle they had run out of waffles. Choose some thing different food was good quality and served in good time but wasn't busy really. One of chefs came out to use the toilet and his outfit was really dirty I know they must work hard but it was a little off putting. Will eat here again thou the lunch menu is great value
Was sat there for two hours this afternoon and was really good and everything at a fair price, very clean and the food was really good. My only concern was that it was slightly cold but the staff there were very good and helped a lot. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had and the chicken was also really good definitely recommend going there to anyone. Would just recommend the heating being put on.
Decent food. Had 4 poor meals prior to the new owners taking over and thought I would see if it had improved. It really has. Lovely burgers and awesome dirty fries.
Our first visit today for my sons birthday and it won't be our last, we pre booked our table and didn't have to much of a wait for food. The food was fantastic and great value for money. Our waitress Gemma was great too, nothing to much trouble, thank you.

Tried the man vs burger challenge and failed miserably. The food was good with a varied menu. This place certainly looks the part, but it would be nice to have a few American craft beers to wash down the food.
We have been here as a family numerous of times we even had my sons 2nd birthday here and for mine too, every time we come the food is great the price is reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful on one visit my son split drink all over the table and they where nothing but nice and moved us to another table. Me and my daughter have been here after a shopping day/going to the cinema and the family days where kids eat for £1 mainly on sundays is great :)
