The food was surprisingly amazing. At first impressions this looks like a basic pub. The prices were very reasonable so we weren't expecting much, but the food was really tasty! And all the staff in the bar and kitchen were super friendly. We actually ended up going 2 nights in a row when visiting D
We rocked up with 30 people out of the blue and they were able to feed us ALL. Granted, the pub was empty on that particular day, but service was great and food was amazing. They were even happy to organise splitting up the bill for payments.
Great food compared to the local diner next to the Holiday Inn Derby, where we were staying. Friendly service. Not many others in but TV showing cricket so we were happy. Thanks for the meal.
I can't give 5 stars for everything, but what a great place . Service with a smile and staff know how to treat beer . Superb food as well . It's worth a visit even if you arnt staying local . AMAZING

One serving of onion bhajis, two vegetarian curries, 2 naan & drinks - £35. Best curries we’ve ever had & the onion bhajis amazing! If you are staying at the Holiday inn express (oldbury) nearby it’s a no brainer…..head there for outstanding food, friendly service and great value.
Staff very courteous and welcoming accomodated 30 of us at short notice. Food is very very good and they had snooker table and TV.

I fancied a takeaway Indian and as I haven't been to M S Bar and Grill for around four or five years I thought I'd give it a go. The mixed grill and curry were both lovely, authentic and reasonably priced. Not many places where you can get a pint under £4, too. Overall, it is a good place to try if

Visiting from Australia and found this little gem tucked away down a side street. The meals are amazing. Best curry I have had for ages. Naan bread is mouth is so fresh. In fact was so good I needed to visit a second time. Staff a super friendly too
Fantastic authentic Asian food - a real bonus for us business travellers staying at the Holiday Inn Express a 2 min walk away. Great choice of lagers and spirits. Very friendly staff and locals. Will keep visiting 👍👍🍺👍👍
