I booked a table at short notice for 12 yesterday for my son,s Birthday, We had a BBQ planned but weather let us down☔️
Was very pleased with seating , food & particularly our server , she was brilliant & very helpful , would highly recommend this excellent restaurant 💁🏼💕
I visited the carvery yesterday evening .The restaurant was short staffed and there was a few things not being served for that reason .This was clearly explained by the waitress who was such a friendly welcoming young lady ( Jacosta I hope I spelt that right ) that the shorter menu was easily forgotten by me . A big shout for the carver also .These 2 members of staff made our visit a reason to definately visit again soon .
We have been to this carvery 3 times now with no dissappointments. Meat portions are generous and a great range of veggies too. Staff are cheerful and attentive but leave you to eat in peace. Will definitely keep returning and recommend to friends and family. Thankyou Windsor Toby.
Very nice roast to be had here for a reasonable price. Loved the gammon particularly, and the range of veggies was good too. After a morning walking around Windsor Castle, including climbing the Round Tower, we were ready for something to eat. We were on the road, driving to our next stop, when we saw the place, and turned in on an impulse. It was worth the effort.
Our waitress Lisa R was really lovely and helpful. It makes coming out for a meal so much nicer when the person serving you is so friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent too, and the wine!
Brilliant food, lovely service! Our waiter April was attentive and very friendly! Affordable and you always leave feeling over-fed. Turkey was very moist too which is hard to do. We will be sure to return soon :)
I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion i felt I had to! I have today recieved the best service ever! JAMES behind the cook line was very polite and friendly I couldn't decide what meat to have, I felt rushed by the people behind me! James made me feel at ease and helped me decide. He was very patient and kind. I would like to express my thanks again to him
Had a really lovely meal! So filling but and so delicious (great value for money). We had the best service from our lovely waitress, April- she couldn’t do enough for us and made our experience so fabulous. Thank you! :)

She took our orders very quickly, was friendly and we all had a little laugh together.

Went for early afternoon dinner. Had the gammon and turkey roasts. The meats were actually very well roasted, perfectly cooked, and juicy, and definitely not dry. The Yorkshire pudding was great, as was the roast potatoes .Most of the veg was good, but was a little disappointed with the cauliflower pasta which had dried. However it could be due to our timing.
Place was clean, and purbhost, April was very attentive to us. Overall a good experience!
You can’t go wrong with a carvery! I have to say service is amazing, food is always top tier!

My family and I came here on a Wednesday afternoon. We had such an incredible experience. Our server Susan was so charismatic and knowledgeable. The carver Kiwi charmed my mother and cut us an incredible bit of turkey. Cannot go wrong with a carvery and will definitely be coming back! Thank you Susan!! :)
I just wanted to write on here to say how absolutely outstanding the kitchen staff were. We visited the Old Windsor carvery on a Sunday, expecting service to be slow. We went straight up to grab our food. The 2 that stood out the most was James and Alice. Very helpful, very welcoming and definitely made sure my plate was full! Thank you so much you two for making my experience amazing! Make sure you reward these guys, they deserve it. Will defo be back!
We had Lisa as looking after us for a lunch with our 3 young children. She was wonderful! Very attentive and helpful. Made our visit really pleasant. Food was yummy too! Will definitely be coming back
I live in Old Windsor so come here regularly for a carvery. Food is always great, good portions of meat and always a really good selection of veggies, which are always hot and regularly replaced.
The service from the waiting staff is always good, helpful and cheerful, checking that food is okay and whether you need further drinks, etc. A big well done to Lisa R who served me today and looked after me really well
Good carvery. We booked a table last minute and managed to get a seat. The staff were all nice and friendly despite being really busy. The food was all hot and delicious. Nice selection of meats.
Had a breakfast here which was really well-priced for the amount of food you could get. Think it was around £8 including bottomless coffee.
The choices of food were your standard fry-up with some added extras like syrupy pancakes.
Being served under a hot plate never suits fried eggs too well but they replenished the food regularly.
I don't usually comment on staff but the guy who welcomed us was really friendly, chatty and polite but he could do with being more presentable (I'll leave it at that)
Served by Lisa R who was excellent. She advised us of all the options and recommended a king-size. It's was absolutely delicious. Lisa was attentive throughout and her customer service to us and other customers was second to none .
A absolutely wonderful visit to the restaurant from Start to finish...from the greet at the door the chef and especially Lisa R who attended to me on my visit ...she recommended the crumble and I must say it was delicious..... she was friendly efficient and approachable her customer service is impeccable.....
