A proper pub. Well worth a visit.
The barman Joe (I think it's Joe, sorry if not, I was a few cold drinks in!) is a legend, absolutely instills your evening with warmth and good humour. The pub decor is pretty basic but there's a fire and a great selection at the bar. Was in there with two old friends and we had a splendid evening
Lovely local pub, sells a wide range of beers and 2 ales. James the manager is always welcoming and there is even a monthly quiz night. Definitely worth popping in for a pint or 2!
Nice beer, staff where friendly, the atmosphere was brilliant.
James is always a lovely landlord and host whenever I meet friends here for a drink when I’m down from the midlands.
Beautiful little pub with a lovely atmosphere. There's a fantastic Thai menu and takeaway available too.

Brilliant food. Thai waiter Joe is magic. So considerate and dishing up great Thai food at a very reasonable price. Totally recommend.

Just had the best thai green curry ever !! The massamam was too die for. Definitely recommend. Staff are so friendly and very attentive what a great find!!
