Staff friendly and efficient, good food and reasonable priced. It seemed to us that you could have done with another waitress as they were run off their feet. The only other thing was I would have liked a little more choice of real ales. However I look forward to seeing you again.
Fantastic Sunday lunch with amazing Yorkies. Have to mention the chicken burger - it's huge. Great food and great staff and a really friendly place to go. Also a massive car park which is great if your meeting friends from all over the place!
Went for our usual Thursday pub quiz. Good pub food, drink and the quiz to boot 😊. All the staff friendly and attentive without being intrusive. A good time had by the 5 of us.
Ideally located for trips around the area. Biggest bed we've had in a very clean room and very comfortable. No noise from traffic even ghough located next to a main road. Food is good. No orange at breakfast, which was a little disappointing. Breakfast service was a little disjointed and selection o
Major thank you to lovely staff Andy & Josh who helped me fix my broken hiking boots. It worked really well and I am really thankful! Very good service!
Haven’t visited in years! Had lunch to celebrate my sisters birthday and the service was excellent. Very attentive staff, especially Dave who made us laugh and feel comfortable.
Lovely country pub, we just stopped off for drinks while passing. The food looked and smelled delicious. We will definitely return for a meal.
It was a brief visit. I did not eat this time but first impressions were good because the pub was roomy. High ceilings and well spaced tables. I like this. Plus when I do eat there I will not be sitting back to back with someone else. Served at the bar no problem. Clean and tidy. Interior welcoming.
Donna & staff made our group feel most welcome,we had attended my mother's funeral at the crematorium,so it was a lovely setting to catch up,raise a glass, enjoy some lovely sandwiches.
Nice food with lovely country pub atmosphere, plenty of seating for food but also many comfy seats more for a relax with a coffee. Strange setup for ordering food, there is no numbers on the tables and menu is next to the bar but don't know how you could order on app as no table numbers.
