Wow! What an amazing place.
We found this awesome cafe by accident, having been recommended the place across the railway which was closed, on our way to Cornwall.

Everything about Okehampton station is a dream. It’s been beautifully restored, serves the community well and the cafe is fantastic with lots a homemade cakes which are always changing. The coffee is great too and the staff are lovely
We stopped off at The Bulleid Buffet after an overnight wild camp on Dartmoor. The cooked breakfasts were delicious, the best we’ve had and the staff were wonderful. Would highly recommend!
What a great place to enjoy a Coffee and watch the train's go in and out. It's a Lovely traditional looking Station, where you can sit outside in the dry (or inside)and take in the atmosphere. Very friendly staff, well worth the walk from the town center. I believe they are fairly new management. I
Came here on the train from Exeter. I had the three cheese ploughman’s, which is the best I’ve had to date. The staff were friendly and the old railway atmosphere was brilliant. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks too to the Government and Council for reopening the railway to regular trains!

I use Okehampton station all year due to work travel. I live in Bude and a lot of my work is London way. I love using this little cafe. All the girls are always really friendly and helpful. Coffee always on top form 👍
We greatly enjoyed our late lunch at the Bulleid Buffet within the attractive and interesting location of the restored Okehampton Station. The food was tasty and the staff happily accommodated our trio of meat-eating, vegetarian and gluten-intolerant eaters whilst finding time for conversation about
We cannot speak highly enough of GEORGIA who was absolutely wonderful at dealing with our food order and at the same time serving customers - so many the line of people ended outside the door!! All this was achieved with a smile and kindness to everyone! Brilliant.
We stopped here for lunch and the food and coffee was so good we returned again the next day! Their quiche and home made cakes were really delicious and was exactly what we needed after a long day of walking. Lovely place
Third visit now, staff always friendly and helpful. Cafe is clean and tidy and well presented. Staff go the extra mile and have made a special kids sandwich for my daughter (who is mainly obsessed with them) and I have adapted the jacket potato twice so I get extra salad rather than coleslaw.

Knowing this place had opened in the past month I had to try it out. A special visit to okehampton via train for this and I wasnt dissapointed. Very filling and very tasty. Will recomend this place and will be back for another one when next near the area.

Been here a few times now, while waiting for the train to Exeter. What a treat! Wonderful coffee and homemade cakes, and the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Really love the sympathetic restoration they have done on the old station building. Can almost imagine a steam train pulling in! Highly reco

Lovely cafe, the apple and cinnamon cake is quite possibly one of the best cakes I've had in the longest while.
