We've just spent a few days in Benderloch and wow can't recommend this place enough, sticky toffee pudding is possibly the best we've ever tasted , scones are fab and pizzas are really good. Very friendly staff too. Thanks!

Amazing scones, and such a warm welcome. I’ve been coming to this part of Scotland for the last 15 years and it’s always great to drop in for a delicious scone and coffee

Great food, homemade scones and such friendly service. Well worth the 14 mile cycle to refuel here! Great books on Scottish themes including many novels set in Scotland.

Very nice cafe and small bookshop with free parking. Friendly staff, superb scones and enormous coffees! We had our dog so sat outside. Closes for the winter in October.

Really nice wee cafe with outside and side seating. Smashing cup of coffee and their home made scones are absolutely delicious! Great traffic free walks down to the beach too.

Stopped by last Friday with my wife and three girls on a cycling tour. Had terrific tea and cakes in a lovely outdoor seating area. Raspberry scones were amazing! A real highlight - thanks so much.

Lovely cafe in a convenient location. The outdoor seating is very well sheltered and it's fun watching the cyclist, walkers and day tripping families come and go. Service was quick and friendly, and the food was good. I could have sat there for hours drinking my tea and working through the scone menu (treacle scone tasted great but very crumbly, should have gone for raspberry). Lots of fun little personal touches in the signs and objects dotted around, and a small but varied range of books. It's also convenient for a quick stroll down to the beach.

Sat outside with two dogs on a very rainy day but we where well protected from the rain and the elements in the lovely outdoor seating area. Honestly the most friendly service I've had anywhere in the Oban area! So genuine and lovely! Fabulous cheesy toasties! Yummy!!! Also we had white chocolate iced coffees that were gorgeous too!

This is a regular for us being so close to Oban. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the scones are next level and the atmosphere is always lovely. The covered outside seating area just tops it off. Great place.

Lovely little cafe/bookshop. Friendly service. They do a small breakfast menu until 11:15. Bacon roll, very nice. Flapjack was wonderful....coffee nice and strong 🤤 well worth a visit if you are passing. Car park big enough for a small motorhome too.....win win

Great little eatery / bookshop. Attentive staff with food served in a timely fashion. I had the fresh salmon with cream cheese served on a cheese scone with a generous and varied salad for £9+. The different tastes were amazing and blended so well together. Pot of tea for 2 came with a jug of hot water. The cafe seems to be used by walkers cyclists and beach-goers and probably locals.

Best scones in Scotland, baked fresh every morning, raspberry is my favorite! Visited in 2018 and now again in 2022, all the food is delicious and staff is very nice and attentive.
